Welcome to Paradise!!! This unit is a FULL remodel in 2020 with the finest of everything! This is one you don't want to miss!

Flexcationer? Need a workation? High speed Internet included!

No shared entry, elevator or common area like a hotel...

Here are some key points about this particular home:

1. This Condo sits on the edge of Carlin park, walking distance to the ocean/beach (Quarter Mile away)
2. All shopping needs are within walking distance (Bank, Supermarket, Department Store, Restaurants, Etc.) You honestly can do just fine with no car. (although you may want one!)
3. Dual Master Bedrooms with En-suite Full Baths (one with shower, one with Tub) Plenty of closet space for longer term stays.
4. high definition Flat Screens in each bedroom and living room. Living room has surround sound that is bluetooth compatible as well. TV also has smart hub access to Netflix and Amazon movies
5. High Speed Internet with free Wi-Fi included
6. Premier Cable TV package
7. Coffee Maker
8. Family Friendly unit, Toddler bed and stroller available upon request.
9. fully equipped kitchen
10. Cleaning service available including linen laundering (All month long stays include a complimentary full cleaning (linens also washed) with our crew about half way through your stay)
11. Community has Pool, Tennis, and Racquetball a short walk away (<500 feet)
12. The list of amazing local restaurants is long! Ask me for some tips when your trip is close
13. There are many local attractions within a couple miles of the condo, many within a 10 minute walk, or a short ride in Zeke's Golf Cart Service
14. this is a second floor unit, no elevator in the building. Views of sunset off the 3rd story Balcony.

15. We have a workstation setup giving you an opportunity to work while on vacation.

Clean comfortable townhouse in great location
Our family of 7 adults found the townhouse to be spacious and comfortable. It is very clean and in a great location. It is well equipped with beach chairs and towels and toiletries which makes it nice when you’re traveling by air. Also we experienced excellent communication with the property manager. We would definitely stay here again!

Beach getaway with our teens and young adults
One of the best VRBOs I’ve stayed at! We had all the beach accessories we needed for a perfect vacation! The location is awesome! It was very close to the Carlin Park Beach. We could walk if needed. It was quiet and relaxing. The bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made our stay very comfortable. Jason is easy to communicate with and offered great suggestions on activities. We loved going to the beach at night and witnessing the turtles nest! Great local restaurants! Would definitely recommend this condo!

Perfect Location
Group of old friends in town for a wedding, we saved a fortune staying here rather than a hotel and it was the perfect spot. Easy walk to the beach, the unit was clean and spacious, Jason was super friendly and easy to communicate with about check in and responded quickly with recommendations for restaurants, activities, etc. We had an awesome time in Jupiter and would rebook this place in a heartbeat if we go back!

Great Property!
Condo was a great fit for my family of 7. Comfortable rooms and a good layout for all the kids even with a playroom/ den area out of the way. Close to the beach and any restaurant you could need.

Great condo, great location
Bella Vista exceeded our expectations which were high to begin with. The condo is beautifully furnished with all of the amenities you may desire. The grocery store is quite close as well as numerous good restaurants. My 90 year old mother was able to walk to the beach with no problem where we plopped her down in a beach chair supplied by the condo. I most certainly would recommend this property.

Lived up to its name- Ocean Walk Paradise!
Amazing stay. Property was completely updated, fresh, clean and literally had everything you could ask for including beach and pool gear. (We didn't have one-but there were even supplies for baby or toddler). We appreciated no carpets as decreased allergies. Decor was beach style and uncluttered. Upstairs deck was great for sunsets. Kitchen was totally updated and we cooked many meals. Truly a walk out the door to the park with a nice walking trail and 10 minutes to the beach (or a 2 minute drive). The pool was heated and plenty of room for everyone to space out around pool. Other residents very friendly and welcoming even to renters. Close to shops and the main roads. Jason was a great host. From the first phone call to his check in during our stay, he was attentive and answered all our concerns and had helpful recommendations. He truly enjoys hosting and it shows. Would definitely return.
