“Perfect location and accommodations for Thunder Beach Motorcycle Rally”
We booked this condo for our trip to Thunder Beach. The condo was in the perfect location - instead of being on one end of all the entertainment it was centrally located. One of the major perks was the ease of parking with a motorcycle trailer. We had issues with the other two places we rented from in the past but Ocean Villa made it so easy and convenient! The condo was equipped with all the amenities needed and Karen, the owner, was awesome to work with. I will definitely book with her again next time we head down to Panama City Beach.

“Absolutely Wonderful!”
We decided to go to Panama City Beach in a last minute attempt to get away for Spring Break. At first it wasn't PCB, we looked at many beaches in the panhandle of Florida. Once we found this particular condo as an option, we couldn't get over the pictures overlooking the ocean (and the price was fabulous too!). We truthfully thought it was too good to be true, so we had to see it for ourselves. This balcony TRULY overlooks the ocean and it is as large, if not larger than it looks in the pictures (the balcony, not the ocean). Personally, I spent as much time on the balcony as I did in the condo. In addition to a wonderful place to stay on a beautiful beach, our host Karen, was an absolute doll. Karen is incredibly responsive to all of our questions and concerns (we chose PCB during a Spring Break week and were slightly worried what we might be exposing our 14 and 15 year old daughters to). Karen's detailed information included so many things to do in the close vicinity, but we mostly stayed at the beach. Though we didn't have any issues at all with our host or our condo, there were some things taking place on the main road that we needed to account for including road construction and heavily populated by police officers (which we appreciated). If we were going out, we simply needed to leave a few minutes earlier. The condo offers ample parking, but if you have a cartop carrier, be aware that you will need to park in one of the outdoor spots and there were only three. Luckily, there were only two vehicles with these carriers, including ours, so it was not an issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this condo, it is beautiful. Our host was PERFECT! And we would highly recommend staying with Karen at this particular location if you are considering PCB.

“Beautiful Place”
We really enjoyed our stay. We were initially worried when we heard there was going to be work being done on the pool while we were there, but Karen went above and beyond to ensure we had access to another pool. It was a beautiful condo, in a great location, with perfect weather - couldn't ask for more. We plan to return.

“Just as you see it”
This one is the right pick. I can't say enough how pleased we were with our stay. the unit was very neat, clean and organized. Starting with the quick response to our reservation request to all the great information from Karen the owner preparing us for the visit. The unit has more than enough supplies to get you started and the view is just what we were looking for. Outstanding ocean view with a long stretch of beach to look at. The sunsets from the balcony were amazing. If your looking to be right in the thick of the action move more west from this location, but I wouldn't. This location is a mile or so from all the action where keeps the night time noise down. We will certainly will be passing this on to our family and friends for a great place to stay in panama city beach.

“The perfect vacation home”
This rental unit is absolutely perfect. Very spacious and tastefully decorated. Has everything you could possibly need. The balcony is very large and the view is breathtaking, from watching beautiful sunsets to watching the dolphins. Overall all I can say is you will not be disappointed with your stay here. My sister and I had the most wonderful relaxing vacation here and plan on returning next year. The owner Karen is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I give my overall experience a strong A++++++ .

This condo is so great! Close to everything you could ever need, short drive to pier park! The condo itself has everything you need! The view is stunning and the pool and beach areas are very nice! * PAYMENT BY ZELLE, VENMO, CHECK OR CREDIT CARD. CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED THROUGH PAYPAL ONLY. ADDITIONAL 3.2% DOMESTIC FEE AND 5% INTERNATIONAL FEE FOR CREDIT CARD USE.
Refundable Damage Deposit
SECURITY DEPOSIT: An ADDITIONAL security deposit of two hundred fifty US dollars ($250.00) is required for a vacation rental. The security deposit, along with a rental agreement, is not confirmed until your security deposit is received. Your deposit will be returned once the property is cleaned and found to be in the same condition as when occupancy commenced and all terms of this agreement are met. Tenant is liable for all replacements and repairs that are outside what is considered normal wear and tear. The Security Deposit is also forfeited if there are fines incurred or if it is determined that unauthorized pets were present and/or that smoking took place on the premises. If it is determined by our housekeeper that you arrived early or departed late without consent from the owner, a fee of $100 for each hour (or portion of an hour) will be subtracted from your deposit.

CANCELLATION: Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED NO LESS THAN 45 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK-IN DATE. Cancellations that are made more than forty five (45) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 10% Cancellation fee or $100 whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or that are made within 45 days of the arrival date forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
