Rental Agreement
- Familiarize yourself with all policies of this rental by reviewing the rental agreement and house

- NO PETS OR HOUSE PARTIES
- NO occupants will smoke within the premises.
- Quiet house is from 10 pm – 8 am
- You agree to have no more than # people you state in the inquiry
- When there will be more than # of people in the original inquiry, you agree to notify the owner.
The rental cost will be adjusted and calculated according to the maximum number of people
- Charge for additional guests will be for the entire period
- We will ask for your contact, the name (age) of people in your group
- We will ask you to accept the reservation and accept the rental agreement
- Later, there will be no adjustment for a lower number of guest
- You agree to close all the windows and doors while the air conditioning is on
- You agree to turn off the air conditioning while no occupant is in the house
- You agree to keep the property closed and locked at all times
- Our Jasmine Villa is in Kukuiula, however, our guest do not have access to the private club
- It is expressly understood and agreed that the owner of said premises will not be liable for any
damages or injury to tenant or other occupants and their property from whatever cause arising
from the occupancy of said premises.

We require $1000 cancellation fee and we will reimburse the amount as soon as the same period is rebooked. The refund will be reimbursed within 30 days after the booking period.
