In this 1-bedroom, 1-bath split-level haven, youll relax in 714 sq ft of space with vaulted ceilings, creating an airy and bright atmosphere. Upon your arrival, youll discover:

- Always close all windows and the lanai door when the AC is in use.
- Only turn it on when you are staying indoors for an extended period and off when you are not in the unit.
- The use of the fans at the same time, helps tremendously!

**Parking:**
• Rest easy with ONE complimentary designated parking spot conveniently located directly in front of the condo. Additionally, unlimited complimentary off-property street parking is available.

• All the essential amenities and starter sets of paper products are available.
• Everything you need for a fantastic day at the beach is readily available. PLEASE NOTE: We do not supply snorkeling gear due to hygienic reasons.
• Pack n Play & foldable booster seat for the kiddos. PLEASE NOTE: We are not liable for injury or harm that may occur due to misuse of these items.

**For guests planning extended stays of 20 days or longer, mid-stay cleanings will be required. Guests have access to all areas of the condo. There are a few locked drawers & closets for the owners use.

We live out of state but are available to guests via Airbnb msg. We also have an on-island contact if needed. She will reach out on the day of arrival.

While in a secluded area, Keauhou Resort is just a 10 min walk to KTA supermarket, Rite Aid, movie theater, & restaurants. The Hele-On trolley takes you into downtown Kailua-Kona, which is also a 13 min car ride. The property is also a less than 10min walk to Keauhou Bay, known for its snorkeling tours & manta ray dives. Golf at Kona Country Club just a few minutes away.

For guests renting a vehicle, there is one assigned parking stall located right outside the unit. We also have a Turo referral if needed. Just let us know after you’ve booked.

The Hele-On Trolley is also nearby.

HAWAII COUNTY RESTRICTIONS:
- Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am, during which time the noise from the rental shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors
- Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area
- Vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area

HOUSE RULES:
- 4 guests maximum
- This is a non-smoking property & condo
- No events or parties
- No Pets
- Guests will need to fill out a property registration form & submit it to the host before receiving their door access code
- Do not disconnect the Wi-Fi equipment, Ring Doorbell or smart thermostats.

Because of the tropical climate insects are common & almost unavoidable. However, there are steps that can be taken to help you avoid them as much as possible :
- Always keep all food & beverages stored properly & sealed
- Keep surfaces clean & take out the trash daily
- Keep all screen doors shut
- Turn off exterior lights as they attract flying insects
