House Rules

Please put out garbage cans to curb on Sun & Weds nights and Recycling cans on Tuesday night. Wash dry and put away your used kitchen ware. Place beach badges back on hall mirror. Lock all windows and doors. Turn off all AC units. Check you have turned off stove.

Payment Policy

Guests must make a 50% deposit to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is due 10 days before check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel the reservation by notifying the Host. The cancellation fee is as follows:
10% of the total reservation cost if canceled more than 30 days before check-in.
50% of the total reservation cost if canceled within 7 days of check-in.
