My name is Elena and I live in Longwood, Florida. My husband and I along with our three grown children and now grandkids have enjoyed coming to New Smyrna Beach for over 30 years. I've been a Premier Partner on HomeAway/ VRBO for 7 years and I enjoy every minute of it. I am completely hands on and I don't outsource anything other than the cleaning. I take so much pleasure on hosting new guests from all over the country as well as welcoming back previous ones. I always put all my guests wants and needs first and make sure they have the best NSB experience. I look forward to welcoming you to our home and I hope you will make it yours too! Great stay for Long Weekend
Our stay was wonderful! The owners add so many details to make staying here a great experience. We were in town for a youth sports tournament and it was such a cozy relaxing place to come back to at the end of the day. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve experienced on many travels. We hope we can come back soon and stay again!

Cute condo on the beach. By far the best condo with a walkout patio to the beach and the pool. Perfect for a couple or small family (4). Place was clean and comfortable. Elena went above and beyond to welcome us and accommodate us throughout our stay without being obtrusive. She responded to all my messages and was in touch through our stay as well as before arriving and after leaving.

This was our first stay here, and definitely won’t be our last. This condo has everything you need , plus for a great stay. Elana thought of everything you would need to walk right in and have a great time! Highly recommend for anyone with a family or not. Perfect location with the pool right outside your door, and the beach within a few more steps. Very quiet and slept well every night. Can’t wait till next years vacation for our family!

This was such a great place to stay! The location was amazing. Right on the ocean beach just a few steps away, and a great pool right outside the back door.
The condo was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need and the place was spotless!
Elena was a great host. On top of having a great air bnb she was very responsive and easy to communicate with. She made sure everything was perfect!
Highly recommend staying here!

“Perfect condo and they thought of everything!”
This beach front condo is absolutely perfect. The unit was literally 20 steps from the sand. It was so convenient being on the first floor and able to go back and forth between the condo, pool, and ocean. Elena was wonderful to work with. She has really thought of everything from a fully stocked kitchen, linen closet/bathroom essentials, beach gear, and toys. The unit was spotless, updated/modern, and cozy. This is also one of the only units that has laundry in unit which is super convenient. The owners were really easy to communicate with. I definitely recommend this place !

Perfect stay!
This was our first stay at this condo and it was perfect! The communication was excellent, beautiful ocean and pool views right from the unit, very comfortably furnished and supplied, and clean! The unit was well stocked for bathrooms, cleaning, and kitchen needs and the owner had even left us a very thoughtful and tasty welcome basket with treats! Loved the easy access to the beach and pool and will definitely plan a return visit.

“Perfection in New Smyrna Beach”
This beach front condo has everything you could want—-puzzles, games, books for rainy days, a multitude of kitchenware, lots of outdoor toys/beach chairs, and even a washer/dryer in the unit so that you don’t have to bring lots of extra clothing! Being on the ground floor eliminates the need to climb stairs along with assuring that you have easy access to the enclosed pool area. The unit is super clean and most comfortable. One great perk is that this condo is located on the “No Drive” section of the beach so that kids can play in the sand safely. Elena and Tony (the owners) are most responsive to questions/concerns and strive to make you feel welcomed. We loved our time here and hope to return soon!

Perfect
This condo was absolutely perfect, it had everything we needed. Beds and furniture were very comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed, they even had sunscreen, shampoos and conditioner which was a surprise and we sure appreciated it. The place was well decorated with a beach theme and was very clean, felt freash. Lots of beach gear aswell and nice big beach towels to use. Now the location of this property had it all, as it was right by the pool, and ocean, than being on the ground floor was so nice to beable to just walk right out to the pool or ocean. The people staying/living there were all so friendly and welcoming. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by, we went to the outlet mall a couple of times which was only 25mins away. We had the pool and beach almost all to ourselves during most of our stay, it was so peaceful and the weather was sunny and warm just perfect. We will hopefully be coming back to stay here again as we loved it so much! Oh and the ocean was great to play in as the bottom is all sandy, we had fun playing in the waves and collecting seashells as we walked the shoreline of the beach. We even got to see dolphins and we loved watching the pelican birds. Oh and the bakery right across the road had the best eggs Benedict I have ever had!
