Congrats to all impending high school graduates, but I DO NOT RENT TO SENIORS (recent HS grads) OR THEIR ADULT REPRESENTATIVES. And I closely vet and age verify all of my June rentals.

NOTE # 1: Linens and towels (bath & kitchen) are not provided. There are several local companies who provide this service should you choose. So, please plan to bring these items with you. However, summer weight blankets and pillows are available.

Immaculate, beautiful and spacious condo with secure two-car elevator and ample underground parking for two vehicles. There is also plenty of off-street parking.

This condo has all the modern conveniences and is in excellent condition.

This unit offers complimentary high-speed WIFI, “On Demand” Premium cable, new (wall mounted) Smart, flat screen, HD TVs & Blue Ray DVD players which are located in the living room and all bedrooms (55” in LR & MBR, 40” in the other two bedrooms).
Cable channels include: HBO, TMC, Showtime, MGM+, ShowxBET, Max|HBO, FXM, FLIX, NICK, NICK2, Disney, etc. So, on rainy days, there's plenty of TV content...plus a well-stocked DVD collection.

This contemporary building offers 9’ “tray” ceilings, recessed lights, crown moulding, and glass deck railings that were designed to provide maximum bay and ocean views from the outside deck (accessible from the MBR and the LR) and limited bay views from the entrance walkway and one front bedroom.

The spacious living room has a double bed sleep sofa, so, coupled with the large dining room, 3 private bedrooms and 3 baths, this unit is well equipped to comfortably accommodate eight people. And, the ocean is located across the street from the building, so there are no long treks to and from the beach.

The well-equipped, modern kitchen comes with granite counter-tops and mostly new stainless appliances that are there for you to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is plenty of lighting, counter space, storage cabinets and a new tile wall backsplash with new under counter lighting.

The large and private, master bedroom suite, with its huge walk-in closet and spacious private bath provides the luxury you would expect in a modern vacation rental. Note: the other two bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit for additional privacy.

After a fun day at the beach, relax on the large deck, facing south, and enjoy bay views while you read your favorite novel, sip your favorite adult beverage and/or plan the next day of your vacation.

There is a rooftop pool, shower and sundeck overlooking both the ocean and the bay which yields breathtaking views of both bodies of water as well as the wetlands and wildlife.

Workout in the fitness room while enjoying beautiful bay and ocean views. The exercise equipment includes a universal weight machine (with two workout stations), two treadmills, a rowing machine, a stationary bike, and an elliptical machine. There is also a bathroom, a kitchenette, and a table with chairs. So, bring your lunch, a snack, energy drink or anything that might require refrigeration.

Use the private and secure, storage room with locked individual storage cages for your beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas and other related items. It is located on the same floor as the dwelling (actually, you pass it walking to the unit), so you don’t have to waste steps in order to keep these sandy items in the condo.

Weekend Getaway
We unfortunately picked a weekend that a tropical decided to hit. So we were very thankful to have such a nice place to stay. It was clean everything was label for ease of turning on lights and use of remotes. The condo was plenty big enough for a four year old to play without being under foot. The beds were comfy. Plenty of seating in the living room. The location was great. The owner was friendly and responsive to any questions.

Would Definitely Stay Again
For all but just a couple missed years between, we've been doing an annual golf trip to OCMD since '96 and we can all confidently say this was hands down the best place we've ever stayed. It is well appointed, perfectly clean, and the location is phenomenal. Just a couple minor things would have put it over-the-top perfect: 1) The code for the elevator was not in the check-in instructions. Luckily another tenant/owner showed up and shared it with us because had they not, we would have been stuck in the parking area until we were able to reach Dan. 2) At least one extra roll of TP for each bathroom and a few spare trash liners would have been useful. Had our stay lasted just one more day we would have run out of TP completely. And after tossing the kitchen trash liner the first night with some crab shells, we were surprised to realize there were no extras anywhere. It wasn't that big of a deal to go buy some, but I can't say it wasn't an inconvenience. That said, Dan's place is awesome and we're already banking on returning next year. Satisfied customers!

Wonderful Condo and Time
They condo is ammaculate. Plenty of places to relax. Plenty of kitchen utensils & fully stocked kitchen. The condo is very convenient to restaurants, the beach and to jump on & off the bus. We love staying in the condo, lovely pool on the roof with beautiful views of the condo. Parking is awesome. You do not ever have to worry about not having a spot. The island is two blocks deep at 76th St, so the bay and ocean is almost at your front door.

Getting around

The OC public buses run south and north on Coastal Highway. Coastal Highway separates the beach block from the bay block(s) and bus stops, located on Coastal Highway, are within a block of the condo. You can ride all day for $4.00. This is true as of 6-01-24. There is a Tram that runs the length of the Boardwalk from 28th St. to the Inlet. The Tram runs from noon to midnight from Memorial Day until the end of August. The fare, as of 6-01-24, is $5.00 one-way, regardless of where you embark.
