Ocean Breeze #45 is a spacious 3 Bedroom and 3 Bath, two-story townhouse located on beautiful South Forest Beach near Coligny. There is a keypad entry, so no need to carry keys. There is a Queen bed in the first floor bedroom with a full bathroom nearby - walk-in shower. On the second floor is the master bedroom with a King bed and an ensuite double sink bathroom, walk-in shower. The second bedroom on the second floor has a Queen bed and twin bunk beds with its own full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is a Full-sized Sleep Sofa and a pull out twin bed in the family room. Our Villa is centrally located on South Forest Beach with Free WI-FI, Internet & Cable. There are four TVs (the Family Room TV is a smart TV) / Keyless Entry / Washer & Dryer / Gourmet Kitchen / Large Family Room with plenty of seating. It is two blocks to the Beach, which is a 9 minute walk or 4 minute bike ride. The Treetops/Ocean Breeze complex has 3 swimming pools and one tennis court. (Pools are open for swimming from April 1st to October 1st. Sun Decks are open year round.) We provide Beach Chairs, Beach Wagon, Beach Umbrella, Beach Toys, Small Cooler & Ice Packs in our beach closet. Coligny Plaza is just a 15 minute walk, 5 minute bike ride or 2 minute car ride away. It has over 50 Shops, Restaurants, Bakeries, Ice Cream Shops, Bars, Evening Entertainment, a Hardware Store and a Grocery Store. Sea Pines Ocean Gate is just a half mile down South Forest Beach Drive.
