This townhome is beautifully located on the Oxford Country Club golf course. Within minutes of the Oxford Square and the Ole Miss campus, you will have peaceful, spacious privacy but be near any action Oxford has to offer! BR1 - King Bed/Master Bath; BR2 - King Bed; BR3 - Bunkbed that sleeps 4, as well as a trundle-bed (sleeps 5 total). 2nd Full bath in hallway between bedrooms. Ground level entry with small flight of interior stairs to get to main living area. The living room area is an open floor plan, allowing for the kitchen and dining area to be shared and functional for large groups. A separate bar/counter space in the living room is perfect for hosting or displaying food/beverages for guests, without giving up your kitchen area for meal-prep. There is plenty of comfortable seating for large groups and an 80" flat-screen smart TV for streaming and entertainment. The entire living and dining space is uniquely decorated with art, specific to Mississippi, Ole Miss, Oxford, and SEC sports. The living room furniture also contains 2 sleeper sofas - 1 with a twin mattress and 1 with a double/full mattress.



There is a patio balcony off the dining area, allowing guests to enjoy some fresh air and a great golf course view. This balcony includes a gas grill for cookouts and all grilling utensils are readily available for you. The dining room table features seating for 6 and there is bar/counter dining space for 2-3 more comfortably in the kitchen.



The Master Bedroom features a king-size bed and bedside tables with USB charging ports built-in. Flat-screen smart TV. Beautiful double French doors lead to a second ensuite patio balcony for private mornings or evenings together. The master bath has a spacious walk-in closet, granite double-sink vanity area, jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower.



The second bedroom features a King bed, spacious closet and smart TV for streaming and entertainment.



The third bedroom is a bunkbed set up with two full beds (full-size mattress on both the top and bottom bunks), as well as an additional twin trundle bed roll-away underneath the bottom bunk. This room sleeps 5 comfortably and also has a giant bean bag for lounging, a spacious closet, and a Smart TV for streaming/entertainment. Great room for groups with kids!



The 2nd full bathroom is in the hallway between bedrooms. There is an office/desk area between these bedrooms as well, where you can easily set up a laptop or work-station. This area could be used as a make-up / powder room for the ladies or for large groups needing more areas with mirrors.



You'll find this space has all amenities you will need such as ironing board setup, hair dryers, charging ports, all kitchen essentials provided, all bathroom essentials provided, welcome basket with snacks and instructions, smart TV's in every room for streaming services, and high-speed internet with WiFi instructions.
