Large apartment house "Oasis", 5 storeys. In the district of Wiesti 500 m from the centre of Zermatt, on top of a hill. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Supermarket 350 m, restaurant 60 m, bakery 210 m, café 60 m, bicycle rental 170 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Getwingbrücke" 140 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 800 m. Mountain railway, ski lift, ski rental 170 m, ski bus stop 140 m, ski school, children's ski school 450 m, children's playground 300 m. Access is by elevator to the front door.

2-room apartment 60 m2, on the ground floor. Bright, simple and comfortable furnishings: living/sleeping room with 2 fold-away beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), dining table and TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Small kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Bath/WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture.
