The home features two bedrooms downstairs, along with the living room and kitchen area, making it easily accessible for all guests. The five bedrooms upstairs come with a lounge area equipped with arcade games, foosball table, and air hockey table, making it the perfect spot for family time.

SMART TVs in every room, high-speed internet, and a filtered water dispenser at the kitchen sink make your stay even more comfortable. The oversized heated pool is larger than most homes in the area, providing ample space for swimming and fun. Plus, the home comes equipped with a Pack N Play, high chair, and child booster seat, so parents of little ones can travel light.

Solterra is a gated community with fantastic resort amenities, featuring a clubhouse, resort pool with water slide, cabanas, fitness room, tennis, children’s playground, and recreational area. Just 5 minutes away from a supermarket and other stores, there is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 5 minutes away. * Effective 09/01/2023 there will be a Patron Fee for use if the Resort Amenities. Host will be prepaying for amenities usage for bookings in this Villa.
With parking for up to three normal-sized cars in the driveway and two small compact cars inside the garage, parking is a breeze. Plus, we have an EV charger (EV. 50 amp- 250 volt) on site for guests to use. *Please note that street parking is only allowed in designated spots with a visible visitor tag, and trailers or oversized vehicles are not allowed on the street.

* You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
* Maximum of 16 guests allowed in the home.
* After booking, you will receive a separate rental agreement via email for you to review, accept and upload a copy of your photo ID.
* Solterra Resort limits each home to five (5) cars per address. We have spots for 4 cars on the driveway And 2 in the garage.
* Pool heat is an option at an extra charge of $35/night + taxes.

* No pets are allowed.
* Smoking or vaping is NOT allowed inside the home nor the patio/pool area. Smokers are allowed to smoke outside in the front of the house with any trash responsibly disposed of.
* Absolutely NO parties. We ask that you respect our home and keep it a fun and friendly family home for family vacations only. Quiet Hours will need to be respected.
* The home has a smart keypad lock. You will be provided a custom code that will only work for the duration of your stay.

We have a ring doorbell at the front door, and a camera on the front of the garage.
The inside garage camera for garage door closure & access to home safety, and the patio camera for pool safety.

We highly recommend getting "cancel for any reason" travel insurance in case of any unforeseen issues that can arise. CFAR travel insurance can cover many risks including lodging cancelations and/or rental insurance at a minimal cost. All reservations made after March 2020 are made knowing the uncertainty of the health and travel industries, government regulations, weather, and other conditions that could impact your travel reservation. More than ever, we strongly urge each guest to purchase "cancel for any reason" insurance.
