(Per the County Ordinance, there is a fine for pets on the beach.) *Pets and Service Animals must be on a leash when walking around the complex. Please pick up after your pet and put it in the dumpster. *While authorized dogs are permitted, barking dogs are not allowed to go unattended in your unit. If there is a complaint that your dog is creating a nuisance, you will be required to remove the dog from this facility. *Service animals are allowed in the pool area but are not allowed in the pool. Lovely condo

The condo was great! very clean, beautifully decorated and very roomy. All the comforts of home are there including beach chairs, wagon, beach noodles and toys. Our dog was welcomed! Proximity to beach was great. Pool very clean and comfortable and restaurants near by were all very good! Will be back to this condo, we loved it!

The Perfect Property!!

You will hit the jackpot with this unit and this property. After 13 hours on the road, (and with 2 grumpy kids) we arrived to find a welcome basket with snacks and drinks waiting for us (along with all the keys we needed and garage door opener). The 2 bedroom unit allowed our family of four to have plenty of room and close access to the pool area and fitness facilities. After a short 5 minute walk, our toes were in the sand and water! The unit has been immaculately maintained with new appliances and a roomy kitchen. Our teen and preteen were grateful there were many outlets that let them charge their devices throughout the condo. When speaking with the property owner, she assured us that all we needed to bring was food and our clothes- she wasn’t joking! Everything else we needed was waiting for us including beach chairs, beach items, towels, toilet paper, and laundry items. The perfect unit for a perfect beach vacation!!

Successful and Easy Trip

This was one of the best and easiest trips we have had as a family of four (plus two dogs). Stacy was excellent to communicate with. She even let us know of a rocket launch at Port Canaveral that we could watch on the beach the days we were there. The condo had everything we needed to hit the beach (beach toys, wagon, chairs, cooler). The condo was fully stocked. All we brought were clothes and food and everything else was there. The pool was right by the unit on the first floor and the garage parking was a plus (kept our truck cool at all times). There were plenty of areas for our dogs to do their business and there is a nice boardwalk in the back of the property in the mangroves. The property also have doggie bags all over so no need to bring those either. I like that there was a hose outside of the building where you could wash off all the sand from the beach in addition to the wash station by the Oceanwalk boardwalk as soon as you leave the beach. The view from the balcony was nice just really hot until sundown. All the restaurants were within a 10-15 minute radius (Downtown Flagler). I honestly think we will back to visit this exact condo because everything was just so easy for our family.

To be greeted with a welcome basket of goodies when you arrive was so very nice. It is appreciated after traveling. Home was stocked with everything we needed. The home was so roomy nobody was crowded. Beautiful decorations were everywhere. I would love to stay here again and again.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

I will be calling you the night before with the code to get in the condo. There is a gate code as well as a code to get in the condo at Ocean Walk Building 20

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

We rent to client that are 25 years or older.

Maximum occupancy: 6

House Rules

We do have a doorbell with camera, and it shows the front door. Also, Quiet time at the condo is 10PM to 8AM each and every day. Check out time is at 9AM and if you check out later than 15 minutes you will be billed for late check out at $100 per hour. As a rule, we have people checking in the same day as you are checking out. Thank you for your understanding. No smokingNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Payment Policy

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

PAYMENTS: All amounts due must be paid in full 60-days prior to arrival. Please include your reservation number on all checks or correspondence. Failure to make payments in a timely manner may result in the cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of any monies paid. Refunds or adjustments cannot be made for late arrival or early departure.

RESERVATION HOLD DEPOSIT: In order to secure your reservation, a reservation hold deposit in the amount of 50% will be taken at the time of booking. This fee will be applied towards the rent.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Should it be necessary to cancel your reservation, all prepaid amounts will be retained as liquidated damages unless written notice of cancellation is received at least 60-days prior to your arrival on Eastern Standard time. Penalties will be waived if the unit is re-rented at the same rate, and for the full term of your reservation. All cancellations are subject to a $90 cancellation fee.

DAMAGES: Renter shall be responsible for any damage done to the property or equipment located on the premises, by Renter, Renter's Guests, or any other person(s) affiliated with Renter. Renter understands and agrees that Agent will hold the Renter financially responsible for the repair and/or replacement of any property and/or equipment should it be damaged during the Renter's stay and authorized use of the property. All of Renter's property kept, parked, or stored on the Property during Renter's use of the Property shall be so kept, parked or stored at the risk of Renter. Agent shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to Renter's property and Renter shall hold Agent harmless from any claims arising out of loss or damage to any such property. Webb RE Properties DBA New Smyrna Beach Rentals reserves the right to charge your credit card on file for damages.

DAMAGE WAIVER FEE: The damage waiver fee is added to the total price of the reservation in lieu of collecting a refundable damage deposit. The fee is $50 plus tax and is non-refundable. This fee does not release renter from liability for damages Webb RE Properties DBA New Smyrna Beach Rentals reserves the right to charge your credit card on file for damages.

CLEANING FEES: Cleaning fees must be charged on each reservation as $200.00. Housekeeping service includes no more 3-loads for a 2 bedroom. Any additional laundry will result in an additional charge of $25/load. Webb RE Properties DBA New Smyrna Beach
