Enjoy our quiet beach and swim in the warmest waters north of the Carolinas. Watch the seals sunbathe at low tide while the herons and sandpipers search for hermit crabs. Enjoy the panoramic water view and amazing sunsets. You need only pack a bag, everything you need is close by.
The cottage has two bedrooms. One in the loft is quite large and has a Queen size bed and reading nook. You can see the ocean from this room.

The other is on the main floor. Also with a Queen bed. The main floor bedroom has a set of bunk beds as well.

The main room has two couches, two comfy chairs and a kitchen table for up to six (4 chairs at table, a set of folding chairs under bed, if needed.)

The addition of a new heat pump provides comforting Air Conditioning during the warmer summer days.

The bathroom has a large soaker tub for two with an electric fireplace that sets a relaxing mood.

Pristine hot well water aplenty. We are on our own well that is tested annually. The water is some of the best drinking water you’ll ever taste.

We had an amazing time staying at Ena and Angela’s chalet on the North Shore. Their place was exactly what we were looking for — great views, a fireplace, large bathtub, friendly neighbourhood dogs, and lots of games to choose from. We were also pleasantly surprised the fresh sourdough bread that was left for us when we first arrived, which was delicious. If you’re looking for the perfect getaway, please do yourself a favour and treat yourself to this wonderful piece of paradise!

A really lovely and comfortable vacation home with great living space, well-equipped kitchen and everything we needed. We were delighted to be welcomed with delicious homemade sourdough bread! Slippers for visitors are also a nice touch. We really enjoy the area, with lots of scenic drives and destinations nearby. Would definitely return!

The host went above and beyond an issue that was not her fault. She even offered to find another place for us to stay and set it up herself. We decided it was easier to put up with the issue rather than move one more time. We were traveling for 2.5 weeks and adding another move was not worth it. The kitchen was stocked better than any other we have stayed at. Plenty of outside and indoor games. The balcony provided great views of the ocean. I could go on and on. The weather was windy and a little chilly for the end of August but we had a lot of fun. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you so much Jeanne and Angela.
