Welcome to the North Chatt Hideaway! Situated in the trendy Northshore neighborhood of Chattanooga, this 2BR/2BA home was recently remodeled to provide a relaxing and memorable stay. Walking distance to Tremont Tavern, Daily Ration, Southern Squeeze, Il Primo, Las Margaritas, and so much more! Minutes from Coolidge Park, Tennessee Aquarium, and other downtown attractions!

Welcome to the heart of Chattanooga's trendy NorthShore neighborhood! The NorthShore is known for its mix of independent clothing and jewelry boutiques, cozy cafes, gastropubs, and popular neighborhood restaurants. Walking trails crisscross wetlands in riverside Renaissance Park, while adjacent Coolidge Park has an interactive fountain, a restored antique carousel, and a climbing wall. Pedestrians and cyclists can reach Downtown Chattanooga via the 1891 Walnut Street Bridge

Guests may use the driveway or garage for parking. This home is about 500 feet from Tremont Tavern and several other local bars/restaurants. Additionally, we are located about 5 mins from Coolidge Park, Tennessee Aquarium, and other downtown attractions.

House Rules

CHECK IN:
Check in time is anytime after 3pm. I will send you a door code a few days prior to your arrival.

PARKING:
You are welcome to use the garage for parking one vehicle. The opener will be left on the kitchen counter. Please return the opener to the kitchen counter when checking out. A $100 fee will apply for a lost opener. The driveway can also be used for parking.

The washer and dryer are located in the garage.

HOUSE RULES:
Please treat our home with the same respect that you do your own.
No pets ($150 fee per pet if this rule is broken)
Only guests who are on the original booking should stay overnight.
This is a non-smoking home. If you do smoke please do so outside and away from the house. There will be an immediate fine of $500 for smoking any substance inside the house PLUS the additional cost of cleaning and remediation.
Please respect a quiet time of 10pm for our neighbors.

CHECK OUT:
Check out time is 10am.

We will take care of cleaning, however we do ask you do the following:
Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start them
Place any trash or recycling in the appropriate trash cans outside

We offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs. After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs. Please ask us as soon as possible if a late check-out or early check-in is possible and we will do our best to make it happen. Please know that we cannot accommodate late check-outs when we have another guest arriving the same day.

NOTE: Any damages to the home will result in additional charges.
