We are a very cheap ($7) and quick (25 minutes) from the nightlife area of Poblado/ Provenza / Parque Lleras. It is recommended to use Uber comfort to arrive at the property, or you can ask us at anytime to arrange transportation for you. We offer 15 passenger vans, luxury SUVS, armed security driver, and more.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 3PM - 2AM(next day)

Check-in is at 3pm - early check-in is only possible if we do not have other guests checking out on the day of your reservation. If you would like to arrive at the property early, please message us on the day of your arrival to confirm that we can accommodate you.

Check-out is at 12pm (noon) - you must vacate the rooms by this time so that our cleaning staff can start work. If we do not have other guests arriving the same day, you may be able to hang out around the house/pool until 2pm (please ask our staff, there are no guarantees).

Minimum age limit for renters: 18

Minors must be accompanied by at least one parent, or have signed a release form - no exceptions. Fake IDs are not permitted.

Maximum occupancy: 18

If you would like to throw a party/event with more than 30 people - please talk to us before booking.

House Rules

PARTIES: DJs are permitted, but their sound system is not - we have loud and clear sound in the living room (9.2 atmos theater), and out by the pool/jacuzzi/dance area (12 speakers and a subwoofer). Fireworks and/or light shows are also not permitted without prior permission.

GUEST POLICY: We allow up to 30 guests per day - if you wish to have an event/party with more people than this, you must discuss it with us first! All persons entering the house MUST present valid photo ID to our staff, and be 18+ years of age or accompanied by a parent. Our staff reserves the right to deny entry and/or remove any person from the property.

PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING: Prior approval is required for any commercial use videos or photography.

PETS: Not allowed at the moment - only service animals.

DAMAGE: to rooms, fixtures, furnishing, and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, artwork, etc. will be charged at 120% of full and new replacement value. Any damage to property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

This reservation is non-refundable if cancellation is requested within 45 days of the reservation date.
