There are 3 other units in this complex. Please be mindful and respectful to your fellow neighbors!

EXTRA GUESTS:
Guest count must be the same as on the reservation. Keep in mind, we set rates for up to 4 guests. There is an added $50/night Usage & Amenity fee (plus booking fees & taxes) per guest over the 4th to cover added amenity usage. Children 2 years old and up are considered as part of the total guest count.

Any visiting day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm.

FAMILY & PETS:
We are family and dog friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Please send us your dog's breed and age for consideration. We will request a $75 cleaning & companion fee per pet and ask you to agree to the pet rules. Please see our House Rules for more information.

PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS! Follow our Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

DEPOSIT OR WAIVER:
Our bookings are protected by TRUVI, our trust and safety partner. Guests must verify themselves through TRUVI after the booking is confirmed, which only takes less than a minute and is required prior to arrival. Guests will be asked to put down a refundable $500 deposit (minus a $15 processing fee) or a non-refundable $35 damage waiver that covers any damage up to $500.
