House Rules

Guest should wash dishes. All noise outdoors has to end at 12 am. Check out late fee $50 without notice. will go up after an hour. - No extra people in the property if they are not guests and without authorized permission from the host it will be an extra charge as they were staying for the night. - Pet fee for the 2nd $25 , have to be paid before check in. Cancellation Policy

There is a sofa bed in the living room for one person to sleep. There is only TV in the living room and one more in one of the bedrooms but is only to connect a console game.
