The locally famous Tin Top Restaurant and Oyster Bar, 4 fresh seafood outlets, Bon Secour River less than a mile away. Direct TV, Net Flix ,Amazon Prime,washer/dryer in cottage.Dog less than 20#s with prior approval and $50 pet fee. Non smoking only.

E-Mail address is required to complete and sign Rental and Pet Agreement that must be returned within 24 hours for reservation to be valid. Government ID maybe required. Maximum occupancy of two. Minimum age 25. Second occupant can be 13 years of age or older. No one under the age of 13. INFANTS included. One dog less than 20#'s with prior approval and conditions. Pet fee $50. Non smoking only. No smoking No parties or events. Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM

Payment Policy

$100 deposit holds your week. Longer stays may require more. Refundable up to 30 days before arrival date or within 72 hours of departure. Rent due 30 days before arrival. If paid and less than 30 days before arrival it is only refundable if we can re rent your space.

Refundable Damage Deposit

$100/Week booked. Full refund 30 days before or within 72 hours of departure

Cancellation Policy

If canceled and paid within 30 days of arrival no refund unless your space is re rented.
