Only 500(ish) steps to the beach from this stylish, family friendly Seaside Paradise! Newly updated Surf-Themed 3bd/2ba condo w/ comforts of home. Pack lightly! Step out to the heated pool (or visit one of the other 2) or take a walk on one of the many trails. You can take a pitstop to play tennis, shuffleboard, pickleball, or head to the gym. Take a drive to Flagler Ave. and check out the shops and restaurants. Seaside Paradise is a newly-listed vacation property.

Loved staying at Kim’s beach condo. We had a girl getaway with our family. Our group range of age from 2-85. Everyone felt comfortable. Loved the back patio - especially in the morning. It was a good, quiet setting to have morning coffee. The condo was super clean, had everything we needed for the beach. The pool was conveniently located and was also very clean. We went to Mi Mexico one night which is a very short drive. Delicious!

Seaside Paradise was so incredibly comfortable for our family. Beds and linens were super comfortable. Newly updated and clean, clean, clean. Walk to the beach was short and easy. Nice to have access to the community pool. I cannot say enough about all the thoughtful things provided- for the beach there were towels, chairs, games, boogie boards and even a cooler and tote bag. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. We enjoyed making blueberry muffins with the mix that was provided - yum! All supplies we needed for laundry were there. And the bathrooms had nice toiletries and hairdryers with accessories and flat irons. So many thoughtful touches everywhere!! Best Air BnB stay we’ve had! Would definitely stay here again!!

Kim's place was perfect for us (a party of 4): super clean, in a beautiful and full-of-beautiful plants neighborhood, soft sheets, plenty of Turkish beach towels, and very close to a sandy beach in NSB. Kim ALWAYS answered us immediately and even allowed us to extend our stay with zero complications. We loved it and we'll definitely come back for more than just 3 wonderful days. Thanks, Kim! We loved it!

Kim’s place was exactly as advertised - clean, with comfortable furniture and beds. We really appreciated the attention to detail - even to small things, such as ensuring there was an adequate supply of toothpaste for someone who may have forgotten to bring theirs. Everything was marked, easy to find, and well organized. There were board games and everything we could possibly need to spend a lazy day on the beach (chairs, towels, etc). The beach was indeed just a short and easy stroll away. We had a minor issue that came up due to an electrical storm (out of Kim’s control) and her responses were immediate. I would recommend this place to anyone, and if we are in the area again, we would love to stay at this lovely place again.

Kim’s place is exactly as pictured! It’s cozy yet we all had our own space. My favorite spot is the screened in porch. The beach is a quick walk across the main street and the heated pool is right next to condo. Everything in town is a quick drive away. We will definitely book with Kim when we’re in New Smyrna again.

We had the most wonderful time at your cozy property. Everything from the decor, location, amenities, etc. was beyond our expectations. The kids loved using the beach toys and us moms loved our morning coffee on your spacious porch. The cleanest Airbnb I've ever stayed at! “Cute, spacious + loaded! ”

Kim and Danny spared no expense when updating their beautiful veranda condo. Everything is as nice (and cute) as the pictures: comfy bed, fun artwork (love the surfboards!), well-appointed kitchen and bathrooms (a salon brand flat iron to boot!) and the best backpack beach chairs! Sea Woods is one of my favorite beachside communities. Pools and other amenities were great (and very clean) and the beach is right across the street with a designated beach access! Honored to have been one of their first guests!

We searched for an airbnb in New Smyrna Beach and found a treasure. Our stay at Kim's place was truly delightful. The place was extremely clean and well decorated. It housed the six of us comfortably with "adjoining" rooms to an outside veranda where we could meet as a family. Yet, its layout allowed for privacy. Kim provided conveniences such as hairdryers, and a flat iron as well as shampoo, conditioner, soap, delicious teas, packaged coffees etc. which made our stay even more enjoyable. The amenities were resort-like. We were able to use the pools, exercise room, trails, and if we wanted the tennis courts. The beach was a very short walk and we heard the waves from the veranda. When we return to NSB we agreed that Kim's place will be our first choice.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay! Kim was wonderful from the time we booked through our check out. The place was a short walk to the beach which was perfect. Quiet, clean and had all the amenities you could ask for.
