Condo located on the third floor with a private balcony overlooking the beach and North Topsail Pier - perfect spot for sunrise coffee.

Stainless Steel appliances in the kitchen with a new quartz countertop with a bar. Kitchen has all the amenities you can need including air fryer.

Comfy King and Queen beds are up one flight of stairs, each with a bathroom and tub shower and TVs.

Main living area has large wrap around couch, lounge chairs, smart TV and dining table with LVP flooring throughout.

All you need is your luggage bag when you show up to relax. Linens and towels are included and we make sure the basics are stocked upon our arrival to get you started...soap, tp, towels, laundry detergent, etc.

Our condo development has the best amenities of any on the island. Take a swim in one of multiple pools or soak in the hot tub. Enjoy a cocktail from the bar of one of Topsail’s best recommended restaurants. Elevator to make you trips to the beach, pool or grilling area easier. Bring your racquet and serve up an ace on the tennis courts.
