Centrally located to all of the great restaurants and attractions so that you will never have a dull moment during your stay!
Our spacious and homey condo features 2 bedrooms, one with a king and one has a queen and 2 bathrooms. Everything has been completely renovated with stylish furnishings, newly designed kitchen with open shelving, 3 TVs, shiplap walls, and very cozy fireplace perfect for snuggling up on the couch while unwinding after an exciting day exploring the great Smoky Mountains!

The place was clean and in good working order. Water pressure was decent, clean bathrooms and linens. The kitchen was clean. Like the reserved parking. The area was quiet and although the back of the unit faced the street, no significant road/traffic noise. Directions were good, but when using GPS, it takes you to the first driveway, which is a one way. Go just past the Alpine Village and turn into the driveway. Parking is right in front of the unit in a marked parking space. What I would like to see is an ice maker for the fridge.

Super cute rental. Well stocked and cozy. Close to the strip and activities. Parking available for 1 vehicle with extra parking in the church parking lot down the street. The only issue was that the walk back from the church doesn’t have any lighting. Other than that we had a great stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The inside of the condo was very good, clean and comfortable. The entrance wasn't easily accessible for us " old folks". When we arrived we could'nt get in because the door was stuck, when called was told they had problems with that previously. (so in my opinion should've been taken care of already) so we had to wait after driving several hours. We went to eat while we waited, not ideal coming back to unload in the dark in not ideal situation with 2 older and only 1 really able to unload! The last was nice when called but just several situations that should've been described more detailed! Should've been offered at least a partial refund for all the inconveniences but wasnt. Would not stay again due to all the issues we went through.

-Check-in any time after 4 pm and check out is at 10 am.

-The address is 260 Roaring Fork Road, Unit 110, Gatlinburg, TN 37738

- There is one parking space #110. All overflow parking can park at the Roaring Fork Church next door.

-Door code is 1202. To lock the door upon leaving, press the icon at the top and hold for 3 seconds

-Free Wi-Fi is also provided during your stay:

***Did you forget your toiletries or paper products?? We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil or trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them.
*** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up.

If you need anything during your stay, please feel free to email Diana, through your booking site or text/call Misty or Alyssa at (865) 279-5295 between the hours of 8am-9pm. All calls after 9pm, will be returned the next day.


For Maintenance Emergency, after 9pm, please call/text 865-562-9008. We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day.

*Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not working or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items.
