Great location. 10 min walk to downtown. 3rd floor location- only issue was the elevators always seemed to be getting worked on while we were there- not the hosts fault. Quiet unit with attentive hosts.

Diana was very responsive and helpful and the trip was great! Overall we loved the place and don’t want to discourage others from renting. But there were a few rust stains in both bathtubs that were slightly off-putting. Also, the parking spaces were extremely narrow. That’s not the hosts’ fault, just something for others to be aware of. Again, it was a great place and a great host!

We came to the place to spend Christmas with family. The host is responsive at first. We had a few problems when we stayed here. 1. There is no dishwasher or disposal. 2. One major issue was not having warm water for the shower. Unless every person in the condo took a shower at the same or similar time, 4 out of 5 adults in our group had to take either a cold shower or start with warm water and then cold water after shampooing. The last adult took a shower the next morning because the water was too cold. We had a 2.5-year-old child and had to boil water to shower him. The water issue might not be a problem that the host can control, but wish she would offer some kind of compensation for it.

Response:Thank you for your feedback, Daniel. We do not list that the property has a dishwasher and we show multiple pictures of every part of the condo and none of them show a dishwasher. Also, we responded very quickly to the guest, always within 1 hour unless it was late in the evening. Every time the guest sent me a message I responded within an hour and it would take the guest several hours for him to respond and it has been verified by Airbnb messaging. When I would ask the guest a question, the guest would not respond until late that evening or the next morning. For the water, we sent someone out right away after they reported an issue. Our maintenance went out immediately and replaced an element in the hot water heater so that the water would get real hot going forward. We also give all of our guests a phone number to call if there are problems and if they need help immediate help. but they preferred to contact via messaging instead of calling us. We always stive to give excellent service and always just a call away.

I was already in Tennessee- 7 hours from home and got a text that the agreement was canceled. I was getting refunded money back on card which would take forever. I had to scramble. It was awful experience. I had this thing booked for a long time.

***Did you forget your toiletries or paper products?? We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil or trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them.
*** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up.

We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not working or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items.
