Newly Renovated Condo with Stunning Water Views! - Carolina Beach

The property will be inspected prior to your arrival and after your check-out. By choosing to stay with us, you are agreeing to the following. Any deviation of these rules may result in loss of some or all of security deposit, or termination of the reservation:

❖Our unit is in a shared condo building and is comprised of 18 units. There are many "locals" that live here full-time or on the weekends. Staying here is a great way to have a community feel vs. a fast-paced hotel vibe. With that in mind, we kindly ask that you minimize noise from the hours of 10pm to 7am so as not to disturb the full-time and weekend owners and their guests.
oPlease also note that because there are units to the right and left of us, as well as a unit on top of us, there may be occasional ancillary noise.

❖Once you arrive, please take a moment to review the building HOA Rules & Regulations as well as the Grilling Guidelines located in the welcome packet. These, along with the posted Pool Rules must be adhered to.

❖NO Pets! Pets are prohibited unless pre-approved by Alex or Jennifer.

❖NO Parties! If there is evidence of a party taking place, you will be asked to leave and will forfeit the rest of your stay. Any damage may result in the loss of some or all of your security deposit. You may also be charged for any damages above and beyond the security deposit.

❖NO Overnight Guests that were not included in the original reservation or disclosed to Alex and Jennifer prior to arrival. Extra guests that were not originally accounted for create liability issues and may be asked to leave. Extra guests above 4 (up to 6) will be subject to extra nightly charges.

❖Please notify Jennifer or Alex if there are any damages and/or maintenance issues that require attention. Please do not attempt to make any repairs and/or changes to the condo. Any evidence of such will result in a forfeit of some, or all of the security deposit.

❖Please keep property and all furniture, fixtures, and misc. items in the same state and condition as found at the beginning of the rental. Please do not rearrange furniture.

❖NO Smoking or Vaping inside the condo. If you must smoke, please do so on one of the balconies or in the common areas and dispose of your ashes/cigarette/cigar butts appropriately.

❖No beach chairs, toys, etc. inside the condo. Please store them in the storage closet.

❖Please follow all of instructions on the check-in/check-out sheet (see separate page). Failure to check-out at the designated time may result in an extra fee.

❖Upon returning from the beach, please be sure to wash off any sand that accompanied you back to the condo before entering, including any beach items you borrowed from the shed. There is a hose located at the pool entrance.

❖Excessive dirtiness will result in an additional cleaning fee and will be deducted from the security deposit.

Other notes:
- The futon in the master bedroom is best suited for either 1-2 children, or 1 adult (on the shorter side). It is not a standard full size bed.

- While there are no cameras inside the condo, there is a camera on the doorbell at the main entrance that is monitored.
