IAN UPDATE-we are open with electric and water. One story house with private, heated pool and backyard area with privacy fence. We offer a two car garage that includes on an on site washer/dryer. 5 minute walk to several bars/restaurants and a quick drive to Sanibel, Ft Myers, and the airport. Kitchen/dining is stocked with all utensils and dishware you’ll need. New dishwasher and grill as of 2021 and outdoor space is fully lit. Smart TV and fast wifi. Safe and quiet neighborhood

Our house comes with all new appliances and a private back yard perfect for sun bathing and swimming in the pool. Each room includes extra linens and pillows as well as appliances for all the comfort of home

Guests can access the whole house and backyard/pool area

Quiet street with bars, restaurants, and beaches a short drive away

House comes with two car garage. Free parking anywhere you go in town
