Newly remodeled Vacation Home with Saltwater Pool - Winter Haven

-NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS AND UNAUTHORIZED VISITORS are permitted on the property. The number of guests must be in accordance with the booking. If we find out there are more guests as booked, you will be asked to leave and not given a refund as this violates our house rules.
-ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE THE HOUSE - also do not discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans; it gets stinky.
-Do not intend to throw parties or events at the home (incl. family and friend gatherings), as they are not permitted.
-Do not overload the washing machine and use HE (high efficiency) laundry detergent only.
-Please do not eat in beds.
-Limited garage usage
-Do not touch the pool equipment (pool pump, filter, heater, etc...)
-Pool & Patio: ENTER AND SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK! Guests acknowledge that lifeguards are not provided. Guests are responsible for the safety of themselves and their children. ALL children must be supervised by an adult while in or around the pool. Please put NO COINS OR METAL OBJECTS into the pool, due to the saltwater, metal corrodes quickly and leaves dark spots on the surface. To avoid any risk of injury, please use only plastic cups or cans in the pool area. Chair cushions are in the chest outside. Please keep the cushions and the parasol out of the rain.
-BBQ grill: Please use caution when grilling and clean the grill after every use. Gas is not provided unless leftover (can be bought e.g. at Home Depot or Lowe’s).
-Remember you are in a residential area, gated community; please keep the noise level down.
-A driveway is provided for your parking needs. You are NOT allowed to park on any of the grass in front of the house and do NOT park on the street. Charging electric vehicles is not allowed!
-No motor homes, boats or hauling trailers of any kind allowed.
-Check in: Please be sure to confirm your check-in time between 4-10 pm at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
-Check out: Make sure to be completely checked out before 11 am. Please put things back where you found them in clean, working condition, put out the trash into the appropriate trash cans, leave the garage door opener on the kitchen counter, keep all windows and doors closed, turn off all lights and the AC/heat, and lock the sliding doors, back door (in the bathroom), and front door.
