When you enter this newly constructed beach house, you will find a foyer with a bench for seating and storage. Once you scale up the stairs, you will be welcomed to the second floor. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the bedrooms have access to the outside second floor deck. There is a large closet in the middle of the hallway where you will find the laundry area with a washer and dryer. At the end of the hallway, you will have access to another stair case that will take you to the top floor (third). You will be greeted with the living room and a large sectional for your comfort. On this level you will find the open concept kitchen fully stocked with appliances and silverware and our dinning room area. There are two additional bedrooms and a bathroom on this level. Outside through the sliding glass door you will find a deck that has a round picnic table and a sectional for outdoor seating. Here you will enjoy the beautiful views of the ocean and intercostal water ways. You won’t want to miss the stunning sunsets. The living room and all the rooms are equipped with flat screen 4k smart Roku TVs.

Entire House.

We supply paper towels, toilet paper, linens, hand towel, bath towels, hand and dishwashing soap. At this time we do not supply any condiments, coffee, toiletries such as shampoo or body soap. Please plan accordingly. There are several grocery stores to choose from within a short drive including a neighborhood Walmart.

During your stay you will have access to six beach chairs and several beach towels for your convenience. The cleaner will keep inventory of this items before check in and after check out. If any of this items are damaged or go missing during your stay, you will be subject to an additional fee as follow: $25 per beach chair and $8.00 per beach towel.
