Welcome to your home away from home, a spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom house located in the heart of Houston, TX. This beautiful home boasts a private swimming pool, pool table, and outdoor kitchen and patio, making it the perfect retreat for families, groups, and business travelers.
The outdoor area is a true oasis, with a sparkling swimming pool, and outdoor kitchen and patio, perfect for hosting barbecues and gatherings with friends and family. Pool is not heated, we are awaiting permits.
The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds and ample storage space, ensuring a restful nights sleep. The bathrooms are modern and well-appointed, with plenty of towels and essentials provided.

House Rules

1. No extra guests allowed in the house or pool. If someone is visiting than add them to guest count. 2.Please upload government issued id to your airbnb profile. 3. No loud music or gatherings outside on pool or patio after 10 pm. 4. Don't move furniture and if you do then please put furniture back where it was originally. 5. Outdoor furniture can have dust on it due to rain and wind. 6. Check-out is 11AM unless stated otherwise. A Mandatory $100 fee per hour for unauthorized "Overstay". If "Overstay" exceeds two hours past checkout, guest is responsible for the Daily Base Rate (without discounts) & does not award you possession of the property for the day of "Overstay". If guest wants to extend their stay (based upon availability), a new official booking will need to be made. If "Overstay" causes a future reservation to be refunded, guest is responsible for the full cost of reimbursement. 7. Courtesy of 1 hour earlier checkin might be possible but anything more is $200 early checkin fees applies.No smokingCheck-in is 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM (next day)

Notes

Our home is over 40 years old and, though greatly cared for, shows its age in some places. Expect to find some loving wear, quaint aging. Pool will have some leaves, its residential pool with trees and grass around it. Pool is not heated. Due to heat and humidity, heavy pest control is done and you might see dead bugs. This is normal in houston. Courtesy of 1 hour earlier checkin might be possible but anything more is $200 early checkin fees applies. Container room will get some dirt and bugs due to it being in backyard and low grade.
