Enjoy the best of both worlds – the beach and the bay – at Bay Dream Believer a charming new tiny home (RV) located waterfront on the Back Bay in Sandbridge Beach, Virginia in Surfside at Sandbridge. 180 degree bay views and amazing sunsets await! There is a private queen bedroom and a loft area with two additional twin beds. After enjoying the sun and surf at the beach, retreat to your own private waterfront oasis. We have tried to think of everything you need to enjoy the perfect getaway.

We have tried to think of everything you need to enjoy the perfect getaway. This new tiny home is the perfect home base whether you are seeking a quiet relaxing escape or something more adventurous. The covered detached gazebo and expansive deck on this home with ample patio furniture provides endless opportunities to relax and take in the breathtaking sunsets and abundant wildlife on the Back Bay. You are welcome to use our beach chairs and umbrella for some fun, relaxing beach time. If you are feeling adventurous, we have a two seater kayak available for your use in exploring the bay (swim or boat at your own risk). In addition, the gated Surfside complex provides two outdoor pools, a sauna, playground, fitness room, tennis courts, basketball court, and boat ramp for you to enjoy during your stay. You can also bring your bicycles or rent them locally and bike in the Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge and False Cape State Park. If you choose to spend some time indoors, we invite you to enjoy the 2 flat screen smart televisions with cable TV, WiFi, assorted books and movies.

To ensure that you enjoy a restful vacation, there is a private master bedroom with a queen sized bed. This home also has a double loft with two twin beds and a lounging/play couch, gas grill, a full kitchen (including dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave and other basic housewares), and a private bathroom with standard plumbing fixtures (not RV or camper style). Pets are considered on a case by case basis (but generally welcome) and are subject to payment of an additional fee.

This tiny home is conveniently located for visiting Sandbridge Beach. Although you could bike or walk to the beach, there is ample free on-street parking near the many public beach access points and this home is located near Little Island Park which provides parking, bathhouses, playground, and a fishing pier for your beach outing. The resort is two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, and this home is located near the back of the resort to provide you additional privacy and unobstructed 180+ degree bay views.

Perfect for couples, small groups and families, this home sleeps up to 4 guests and provides an incredible vacation value when compared to Virginia Beach oceanfront hotels or larger Sandbridge rental homes. In addition, unlike other beach rentals that impose a substantial additional fee, we provide clean linens and towels for your use at no additional charge.

Please note several important items: 1- Due to storm damage the dock will remain closed to guest use during the spring/summer 2024 rental season. Guests can still launch kayaks, fish, etc from the yard/bulkhead and enjoy the beautiful bay views.) 2- This is a tiny home and as such is cozy and less than 400 sq ft total size. The loft area is suitable for smaller individuals only as the emergency exit windows and steep, narrow staircase with low head clearance are not well suited to larger individuals. 3- This tiny home is located in a gated RV resort. The other lots in the resort are privately owned and are occupied by other recreational vehicles of various types. 4- Due to the seasonal nature of rentals and the need to monitor our property when it is unoccupied, we have an exterior doorbell camera and an exterior camera facing the parking area. We have no interior cameras. We respect our guests’ privacy, but took this measure to ensure we can safeguard our property.
