Pets are allowed at a maximum of 2 dogs under 30 pounds must housebroken for an addition charge. No aggressive breeds. Dogs must stay in our large crate (we provide) when left alone in the house. Couch and chair covers need to remain over furniture to prevent allergies to other guests. Dogs cannot be on the couches, beds, furniture or pool and spa. Please clean up after your dogs or you will be accessed an additional cleaning fee of $240. You will incur the cost to replace any damaged items or cost to repair damage to the house, pool, cage or landscaping.

Great option for my party as we attended a lacrosse tournament in the area for a 4-day weekend. Ashley was an amazing host - very responsive and flexible, responded to messages very quickly and accommodated a couple of requests we had. She also reached out proactively to offer solutions for a brief WiFi interruption. Finally, check-out was a breeze and completely hassle-free which enabled us to get on the road quickly at the end of our stay.

Amazing place! Super close to the beach and there are so many amazing restaurants around the area! Super close to Publix, target, breakfast places, gas stations, just overall in an amazing spot! When I come back to this area again i will definitely be staying at this airbnb! Ashley was a fantastic host and she was very helpful. 10/10 recommend.

My family & I stood at Ashley’s house for Labor Day weekend. We got into town a few hours earlier than expected & she was kind enough to allow us to check-in early. The house was beautiful, comfortable, spacious & had all of the amenities needed plus more. The location was great. Restaurants & Publix within a few minutes drive & the beaches were about a 20min drive given the holiday traffic. The pool area was very relaxing & the pool was clean. The pool was my toddlers favorite place to be in. All in all, had a wonderful holiday/birthday weekend at this house & will def look at staying here again in the future.

House was awesome, had lots of toys and stuff for toddlers and babies. We didn't have any with us but it was nice. Pool had lots of toys and was very clean. Host contacted us to offer early check-in and even allowed late check-out. House very clean and updated. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Ashley communicates very well and checked in with us to make sure everything was running smoothly. Check in and check out were the easiest I have experienced. The house has everything you would need for a day at the beach or to take a rest day at the house. I highly recommend this house or any property that Ashley has listed!

We are repeat travelers to the area and the Pink Seahorse far exceeded my expectations! The house was extremely clean, stylish and well kept with new amenities and furniture. New TV’s were in all the bedrooms, garage and pool patio. Nobody got bored with rounds of pool, Connect Four, Cornhole and just playing in the pool. The heated lit saltwater pool was sparkling and we loved the bubbling warm spa in the evening. Landscaping was pretty in the lush tropical, large backyard. My hosts were available when needed and very courteous. It was a short drive to the gorgeous beaches of Anna Maria Island. We will be back!

We want everyone to enjoy our property, but also want to highlight we DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES. Anyone breaking this rule will be evicted immediately without refund and are subject to a $500 eviction fee. This includes playing loud & disturbing music outside. We allow 5 cars maximum in the driveway, no yard or street parking.

Please be sure to keep any music/noise at a reasonable level. We want to respect our neighbors

Quiet time is 10pm. No indoor smoking. Everyone in the booking must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent.

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
