This newly renovated condo with a pool is the ideal destination for your getaway to Gatlinburg & the Great Smokies! Our property has been completely remodeled and newly decorated to offer you a warm, cozy, and comfy place to relax in after a fun filled day exploring the area! It features a spacious setting which has a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, both with King size beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room so it will sleep 6 comfortably. The views from the top floor are amazing and a perfect setting while having a morning cup of coffee or dinner outside enjoying the fantastic mountain scenery. At night, snuggle up in front of the fireplace before drifting off to sleep dreaming of your next day of excitement and adventure. With thoughts going into every detail, you will never want to leave!

We are located near all of the action but just far enough away that allows you to relax and breath in that amazing mountain air!! You can walk to the Downtown area as as the strip is less than 3/4 mile from your front door! Parking is plentiful at our property and best of all its free!

Thank you for booking our condo located at the Windy Oaks! I hope that you are excited about your trip to the Great Smoky Mountains! The property is located at 616 Turkey Nest Rd, Unit 313, Gatlinburg, TN 37738

Here are a couple of notes in regard to your reservation:
1. Check-in is at 4:00 pm or later and check out is at 10:00 am on the date of your departure.
2. The door has an automatic lock, and the code will be texted to you the day of your check in. You can lock it whenever you leave by pressing the lock icon to lock it.

Did you forget your toiletries or paper products?? We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil or trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them.

*** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up.

We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not working or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled prior to 30 days before your stay begins. 50% refund up to 2 weeks before stay, and no refund if canceled within 14 days of stay. All refunds may be subject to a 4% credit card fee.

Pets are not allowed in our condo or on the premises of the complex. We apologize that we are unable to accommodate families with pets. *We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day. *All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
