Vacation in the clouds in this fully furnished 4BR/5BA Luxury Cabin! The views are spectacular as you look out at the majestic Smoky Mountains. Sip your morning coffee as you take in the view and escape from reality! Have an exciting afternoon ziplining, then cool off at the community pool, while taking in some mountain sunshine. In the evening catch one of Pigeon Forge's many, one of a kind, theatrical shows. Finish off the evening by relaxing with a glass of wine in your very own hot tub!
The really spacious and open main floor has the living room, kitchen, dining room, full bath. Upstairs you will find two master suites with their own bathrooms and a game room with a pool table, video game console and extra sleeping area. Other two master suites with private baths are located downstairs and have access to another deck overlooking the beautiful mountain ranges. With private baloncies, BBQ Grill, Hot Tub, updated furnishings, and a super cozy and inviting atmosphere, you will never want to leave!!

Good afternoon and I hope that you are ready for your vacation to our Mountain Home and the Smoky Mountain area located at 1073 Towering Oaks Dr, Sevierville, TN!

Everything will be ready for your stay at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 AM. The door code to get into the house is 7907.

The wifi name is spectrum setupA5; password is farmernorth854.

Summer Pool hours are 8am-9pm, located at the entrance of the property at the Zipline check in office.

Did you forget your toiletries or paper products??
***We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil or trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them.
*** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up.

If you need anything during your stay, please feel free to email Diana, through your booking site or text/call Misty or Alyssa at (865) 279-5295 between the hours of 8am-9pm. All calls after 9pm, will be returned the next day.

For Maintenance Emergency, after 9pm, please call/text 865-562-9008. We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled prior to 30 days before your stay begins. 50% refund up to 2 weeks before stay, and no refund if canceled within 14 days of stay. All refunds may be subject to a 3% credit card fee.

*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day. *All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
