Welcome to The Caddy's Shack - a stunning one level home located on Fripp Island overlooking the Ocean Point golf course. This house has the ability to order club cards for guests.

Please note there is a maximum of 2 cars for parking space at this home.
Welcome to The Caddy's Shack - a beautiful home located on Fripp Island overlooking the Ocean Point golf course. Featuring 3bed/2ba all on one level, this home has plenty of room to accommodate groups while keeping comfort at top priority. The inviting and open floor plan is perfect for gathering together and is fully equipped for all of your needs.

We invite you to get some rest in any of three comfortable bedrooms and the entire house is wifi accessible:
1)Primary King bedroom w/ Smart TV and ensuite tub and dual shower head
2)King bedroom w/ Smart TV
3)Bunk room w/ full bed, 2 lofted twin bunks, and an additional single twin

Complimentary to your stay includes one 6-seater electric golf cart through Beaufort Carts, there is a rental agreement that will be sent for this separately as it is leased through their company.

Provided are beach chairs, toys, 2 bikes & beach towels + various games and entertainment items for your ease and comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped & functioning to serve all of your needs. There is a tea kettle, Keurig & drip coffee maker. Several pots/pans/dinnerware/stemware, etc. are also included.

The owners are full members of Fripp Island Resort, and amenity guest cards are available at an additional expense. These fees vary based upon the length of trip & time of year, between $35-50 in peak season per adult or child 13 and older. These cards must be used to access pools, resort fitness center, tennis/pickleball courts, restaurants and the two private golf courses. A 12.8% resort fee is added to your reservation to accommodate.

We were looking for a peaceful escape and found it here! The view of the golf course was great. This is one of the best kitchens we’ve dealt with in a vacation rental. Allie was SO responsive and helpful!

The Caddy’s Shack was the perfect place for our family getaway. It was VERY clean and well decorated! Exactly like the pictures. Also, Allie has thought of anything extra that you will need and the whole house is very well stocked. She was very responsive the whole time we were there with any questions that we had. We love Fripp and will definitely be booking this house again.

We had a wonderful time in Fripp Island. This property is perfectly laid out for two families or a large family who wants space. Convenient to everything but private and quiet. Very well stocked as well - Had all the amenities we could want for a beach vacation including a fully stocked kitchen (appliances), beach chairs and umbrellas, and bikes.
