This property is located in a safe, well lit, quiet neighborhood that can accommodate up to 8 people. A portable "Pack and Play" crib for infants that can be easily folded and transported. Also, a high chair is available in kitchen pantry. All 3 bedrooms are on 2nd floor. Our family of 4 very much enjoyed the house. It is spacious and well appointed. Please note if you are flying that they only offer one towel per person. My daughter and I have long hair so brought more with us in a car but the hosts are so friendly, I'm sure they'd leave extra if asked. The floor plan in the main bedroom is so huge that two rollaways can fit in that room and it also comes with a pack 'n' play (saw it in the closet). Very family friendly. There are fun things about to decorate but nothing particularly breakable. We were pleasantly surprised that it was beautifully decorated for Christmas; lit tree and all! Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay around the holidays and Frank and Anjanette had decorated the place very nicely for Christmas, it was a nice touch. The place was in excellent shape with good lighting and comfortable beds. The master BR was very large with space for additional portable beds (provided) which we did not use. Frank and Anjanette were very responsive and answered any questions we had promptly. The gaming tables in the garage were a nice bonus.

We stayed for a month, and easily settled into the house and our surroundings. Very close to grocery store, shopping, tobacco trail, church; and just a short drive/Uber ride to downtown Durham. Living spaces were comfortable and spacious, and we were happy to have the option to cook inside and out on the gas grill. Would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful house.

Great hosts! The house was very clean and you could tell they take pride in their home. They paid attention to details-Frank came and mowed the lawn, the towels and linens were spotless, and the house was not cluttered. The game room was a plus. Communication with the hosts was easy!
