Policies and Rules
- Please be respectful of neighbors by keeping noise down (quiet hours from 10pm - 8am), trash picked up, and parking in the designated gravel driveway.
- Unless otherwise authorized in advance, check-in is after 4:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am.
- Damage and/or cleanup costs exceeding the security deposit will be reported to AirBnb and billed to the guest.
Prohibited:
- Parties or events with a number of occupants exceeding your stated party size.
- Pets. Violation of this rule will result in a $250/day/pet fee.
- Smoking of any kind, including but not limited to vaping, cigarettes, and marijuana, and even if no smoking occurred in the home but there is a noticeable odor of such inside. Violation of this rule will result in a $1,000 fee to de-smoke the home.
- Occupancy exceeding your stated party size. Guest will be charged $100/person/day for any unauthorized guests.
- Occupancy before your check-in time and after your check-out time.
- Attempting to purchase TV add-ons on owner accounts. Guest will be charged for any entertainment (movies, TV shows, etc) purchased during their stay.
