Good afternoon and I hope that you are ready for your vacation to our Mountain condo and the Smoky Mountain area located at 1081 Cove Rd, Building 10, Top Floor, Unit 1034, Sevierville, TN! Everything will be ready for your stay at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 AM. The gate code is 1586 and the door code to get into the unit is 7602. The wifi name is Unit1034 and the password is Summer2010 ****Please put the Parking tag in your rear view mirror while you are here*** Important information: Please note, 1081 is the street number and not your unit number. Your unit number is #1034. Building numbers are located on the front and center of each building, just above the third-floor walkways. Quiet hours are between 11pm-8am. Violators could jeopardize the remainder of their stay. A green parking tag is in the condo and must be displayed at all times. Please be advised that the Great Smoky Mountains National Park now requires a parking pass to be purchased prior to parking in the National Park. Let us know if you need anything and have a wonderful stay! ***We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil or trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them. *** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up. All calls after 9pm, will be returned the next day. For Maintenance Emergency, after 9pm, please call/text 865-562-9008. We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not working or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items.
