Take a scenic country drive from Lexington to the mountains to find a gorgeous vaulted ceiling studio with stunning views right from your living space! 900SqFt. private entrance studio and patio on our horse farm on nearly 50 acres of private land, surrounded by the National Forest. This modern designed studio space was formerly an art studio, and is just 11.5 country miles from Main Street Lexington! Theres also an open high knoll for a perfect picnic spot, with 360 degree mountain views!
Quiet and relaxing with an abundance of wildlife and farm animals to observe during your stay. All new appliances and fixtures throughout, with StarLink satellite high speed Wi-Fi. The studio is attached to our home, and has a private entrance, including a gorgeous pergola covered patio. The property is located amongst rural farmland with pastures and woods on rolling terrain. Very private and peaceful. No hidden cleaning fee!!!

Our gravel driveway is .3 miles long and moderately steep in areas. That's how we have such beautiful and pristine mountain views! There is plenty of available parking, very close to the studio entrance.

House Rules

We are casual and friendly hosts, and if you have any questions at all, we are a text or call away! Please respect the space and property as our guests. This is a working farm, and we have horses, dogs, and cats. The dogs will be kept separate from guests as much as feasible. The cats roam the property, and may approach you to say hello!

- Guests are not permitted to enter the horse pasture or barn stalls.

- We have one large dog, two small dogs, and two cats, and we do our best to keep the dogs away from our guests, but please be aware they are residents of the property that you may encounter. Our dogs do not occupy the guest space at any time, but if you have concerns or allergies to animals, please reach out prior to making your reservation.

- Wood burning fireplace in the studio is non-operational and for decorative purposes only.

- Close the black board yard fence behind you at all times.

- Do not feed the animals.

- Quiet time is between 11pm and 7am - please be respectful. Parties are prohibited.

- Candles or open flames of any kind are prohibited.

- We are building an open space behind the property for use as a riding arena and recreational area. No work will be conducted during guest stays.

- Please let us know via text or call if you have any questions, needs, or concerns, and enjoy your stay!

Payment Policy

Payment in full is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations received prior to seven days before check-in will receive a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within seven days of check-in; no refunds will be given.

* Guests have the option of booking a non-refundable rate of 10% below standard pricing (guests must pay in full at the time of booking to receive this discount, no exceptions, and not to be combined with other discounts).
