Our brand new 2024 construction, located ocean-side 5 mins walk to beach access, offers the perfect blend of modern and coastal charm. Four bedrooms on the first floor; including a king master suite with its own bathroom.

The second floor has an open plan with a spacious kitchen, an island, a dining room with plenty of natural light, and a living area opening into a second-story deck. A work desk. Down stairs underneath the house, there’s a large outside shower. Parking for max. three cars.
Welcome to Beans at the Beach! Our brand new construction in AVON, NC on Beachcomber Drive, is just a short stroll away from the beach. We are Saturday to Saturday weekly rental, located ocean-side, our house offers the perfect blend of modern and coastal charm. Step inside to discover four bedrooms (1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 1 twin bedroom with twin trundle bed) on the first floor; including a master suite with its own bathroom featuring a double vanity. All rooms have fans, and the king and queen bedrooms have smart TV. You will also find a peaceful reading nook looking over the first deck with our local books that are worth a read.

The second floor has an amazing open plan with a spacious kitchen, an island that seats four, a bright dining room with plenty of natural light with a table that comfortable seats eight, and a living area with a big comfortable sofa and a smart TV opening into a second-story deck with even a little sneak peek of the ocean view. A work desk with a desk lamp is also provided.

Down stairs underneath the house, there’s a large outdoor shower, and an area to wash off your sandy feet. Our house has parking for max. three cars.

About the Location: Enjoy the convenience of being less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, which has two beach access points - one with stairs and one without- getting to the beach is a breeze.

The main sound-side public area (Canadian Hole) is located 8 minutes away with a car and free parking - a great area for younger kids to enjoy the water, paddle boarding, kayaking or Surf Kiting - which is known to be one of the best in the country! Also, has the best sunsets!

Enjoying fishing at the Avon Pier which is only a 4 minute car drive, fishing and bait shop is only 1 minute away car drive.

Food Lion grocery is a 5 minute car drive.

Avon's Farmers Market every Tuesday 9am-1pm (seasonal)

Cape Hatteras Lighthouse (the tallest lighthouse in the USA) is 13 minutes drive, Bodie Lighthouse is 40 minutes drive.

NC Aquarium on Roanoke Island is 60 minutes drive.

We are located a short walk to local amenities such as coffee shops, restaurants, fishing shop, seafood market, ice cream shops and more. Take walks along the sidewalk to explore Avon, or enjoy a bike ride throughout the village. Whether you're seeking a relaxation, or adventure, our beach house offers the perfect coastal getaway in one of Avon's best streets to stay in!

This is a beautiful house with lovely decks, a small slice of the ocean view and a very walkable little neighborhood. We spent Thanksgiving week there and really enjoyed ourselves. The house was very clean and bright with lots of natural light, but good curtains/blinds if you wanted them. The rooms were comfy and clean and the kitchen is large and easy to work in - we only ate out once! The living room couch was perfect and we loved curling up with popcorn for a good family movie in the evenings. Across the main road are shops, a restaurant and few other places with a crosswalk/sidewalk to safely walk there and back. The sidewalk also is good for walking the dogs or taking a run. It was super easy to walk to the beach and it was lovely there. The house does require walking up several flights of stairs to move from car to kitchen, however, we had some younger people in our group who did most of the toting. ;) I would definitely recommend this house for a family stay.

We had such a great stay at your cottage! So clean and comfortable. A short easy walk to the beach and the best Muffin and Scone bakery across the street was our daily treat. The weather was beautiful and sunny giving us exactly what we needed to reset before the school year. Thank you!!

Just what we needed

The house is beautiful, open, & airy, with fresh, new but comfortable vibes. My 4 y/o was delighted when he found a trunk of toys “just for him,” and my 9 y/o girl felt like a teenager with her own room and a TV in it. The outdoor shower is huge & beautifully crafted. Even with the big shower-head, the pressure was good & the water hot. The big couch was comfy & the kitchen/dining area was roomy. We cook most of the time we are down, so we were excited to see a fully stocked kitchen. The kids even had their own dish-ware. The neighborhood was quiet & the kids liked the short walk to the ice cream shop. We are already discussing going back next year.

Iga’s place was so comfortable for our family of 5, we felt right at home. Very easy check-in. Interior was ultra clean and well designed, which made us instantly relax. These were the best mattresses we have slept on in the OBX. Kitchen well stocked and organized. Wait till you use the outside shower! There will be no need to ever shower inside again. Very short walk to beach access (which does have steps). We stayed during Tropical Storm Debby, unfortunately, but Iga was able to give us recommendations for such rainy day occasions. Restaurants, coffee, ice cream and candy right across the street. It is just a fantastic beach house!

Great spot in Avon!

New beach house tucked away in a quite established area in Avon. Short walk to the ocean-side beach and to nearby businesses. Could not have been a nicer stay! Our first time to the Outer Banks and it felt like we hit the jackpot with this property.

Beans At The Beach was truly AMAZING! Amazing in all ways! The owner is super responsive, accommodating, and so kind! She made us feel right at home and was excited for us to enjoy their slice of heaven in Avon! The home is absolutely beautiful and immaculate! The kitchen is gorgeous and very well appointed! It has everything you could possibly need and then some!! The owners thought of everything! The kitchen table has windows surrounding it, we enjoyed having our meals there with the beautiful views!! We loved sitting out on the back deck taking in all the views of Avon! The bedrooms are so nicely decorated and the beds & pillows are all very comfortable!! The outdoor shower is by far the nicest one we have ever used- brand new and huge!! So nice to have at the end of a long Beach day! I really could go on and on about Beans at the Beach!! I would give it more than 5 stars if I could and our only negative is we wish we stayed longer! We made memories to last a lifetime!
