Our accommodations are clean and comfortable located on a tree lined street. Features all new appliances and open concept living/dining/kitchen area. 55” flat screen TV and wireless internet. Private entrance and can accommodate up to 4 guest, with a queen and full bed. Centrally located, one block from public transportation, restaurants, cafes, grocers and shopping.

5 mins to Kings Theatre, 10mins from Prospect Park, 15 mins from Barclays Center. The apartment is located one block from 2 and 5 trains and a little less than one mile from Q train (all 3 have service to Manhattan). The 2 and 5 trains are about 25 mins from lower Manhattan and about 35 mins from Midtown/Times Square.

Located in Flatbush, south of Prospect Park, our quiet block is nestled between the lovely, tree-lined homes of Prospect Lefferts Garden, Ditmas Park, mellow Kensington and amenity-packed Windsor Terrace. We are around the corner from a few amazing restaurants and an excellent cafe that is perfect for nice dinner, a quick coffee or an afternoon reading session. Ten minutes of walking will take you to the bustling Flatbush thoroughfare in one direction, Cortelyou Road and Nostrand Ave in another or towards Windsor Terrace and Park Slope.

Nisheka‘s place is definitely a good choice. It might take a while to reach Manhattan - which for most people will probably be the reason why they search an Airbnb in NYC - but it’s two steps away from the subway and there are direct trains to Times Square, Central Park and even the Bronx. I liked the fact that there was a super fast answer to every single question about the neighborhood. And the place itself is well equipped and clean. Oh, and the beds are great, super comfortable. All in all: definitely worth the price. Thank you!

The place is awesome! My wife stayed there with the baby meanwhile a coworker and I took the train which is 1 block away to work in the city. Everything was according to the description and the host proactively shared clear and useful instructions. I recommend this place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at Nisheka's spotlessly-clean lower-level suite in a vibrant area of Brooklyn. Nisheka sent clear instructions for check-in and also provided helpful tips with parking (easy to find free spots on her street and we got the hang of switching sides depending on street cleaning days). The apartment was within a few minutes walk of 2 metro stations and also around the corner from a wonderful Haitian restaurant with delicious food and friendly owners. Nisheka was very friendly in her messages and checked in regularly to see how things were going. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My family and I had a great stay at Nisheka's place. It has all the amenities we needed ans it was very comfortable. Line 2 is a block away and it takes you all the way to time square. There are plenty of grocery stores around. I give this apartment a 10 out of 10!

I’m an effort to be environmentally friendly, we ask guest to use the blue disposal bags (located under kitchen sink) to dispose of recyclable items.

We also have a sensitive plumbing system, only toilet paper should be flushed to avoid plumbing issues. Please do not flush any other objects/items in the toilet.

Please turn off the AC/heating units and lights when not in the apartment.
