Welcome to Whale Hello There, our 1 bedroom condo located at the beautiful Villa Capriani in North Topsail Beach, NC! Villa Capriani is an oceanfront resort style community that boasts 4 oceanfront pools ( including a kiddie pool and waterfall grotto), 2 tanning decks, 2 hot tubs, private beach access & an on site restaurant! Our coastal chic 1 bedroom condo is open, airy, and sleeps 5 & an infant

The space

Our unit is bright, airy and spacious. The bedroom features a luxurious King sized bed, room darkening curtains, 55 inch tv with Roku, small seating area on private patio, as well as a pack and play, portable play yard, luggage racks and a queen sized air mattress located within the closet.

Enjoy our brand new coastal chic decor. Leave your “baby gear” behind as our unit comes equipped with everything you may need for your children - pack and play, portable play yard, high chair, booster seat, boogie boards, kick board, & floaties! Mom & dad can pack a little lighter too, as our unit comes equipped with a brand new coolcabana, 2 adult beach chairs, 2 kids beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, kids beach nets, & boogie boards!

**New for the 2024-2025 season- CoolCabana for your convenience! Don't worry about renting a beach umbrella or shade- our brand new coolcabana takes 1-2 minutes to set up and offers a safe, shaded area for your enjoyment. It even comes with cup and phone holders!

For your convenience, our unit is equipped with a nest thermostat, smart lock for keyless entry, and ring doorbell.

Other things to note

-$50 linen fee per stay

- For your convenience, your stay will come with a “starter kit” which will include Dish soap, bar soap every bathroom, coffee (regular and kuerig) creamer pods (5), sugar, sugar sub, filters for coffee pot, ziplock storage kit, sponge, dish rag and towel, trash bags(5), dishwasher tabs(5), starter laundry powder., roll of toilet paper in every bathroom and a roll of paper towel in the kitchen.

-Pool stays open until April- 10/31! ☀️ Hot tubs are open all year round!**Pool and hot tub hours are 9am-11pm**

-Pools are open pending inspections. If your reservation is near the dates, please reach out to confirm the pool will be open if you plan to use this amenity. There will be no compensation for a pool/hot tub that is not open.

- Our building does have elevators and luggage dolly to assist with your luggage.

**Our unit is a corner unit, with views of the parking lot, bay, and Villas by the sea. We are in a beach front building however we do not have direct beach views. All amenities in Villa Capriani offer beach views Our unit has tons of natural light!**

“Good stay”

This place is very clean, cozy, and bright. The decor is updated and nice. There's no water view but it's a very short walk to the beach and it has convenient pool and hot tub access too. The hosts also provide a bunch of amenities to make sure you enjoy your stay. We had a great time here despite the uncooperative weather, and were glad to be able to come to Topsail for a weekend away.

Perfect stay! Super clean and great for kids. There is everything you need for the littles. The kitchen was awesome with so many extras. We were amazed at how quiet it was at night. Not your average beach stay! There is no indoor pool for when it’s cold but the hot tubs were clean and not too hot for kids to pop into and enjoy. Oh and the restaurant really was yummy with some affordable options. Thank you!

To me there’s nothing more important than having a clean place to stay! It literally makes or breaks the entire trip. Maegan’s place was immaculate! We also booked super last minute and Maegan was still flexible and worked with us. To top it all off, the location is top notch! Being so close to the beach and then having the pool area made getting around with a little one, that much easier.

We absolutely loved staying at Whale Hello There! The unit had everything we needed for ourselves and 3 kids. The included linens and washer/ dryer were amazing to have, and the beach toys and well-stocked kitchen made packing for the trip easy. The unit was super clean, and the many pools and beach access can’t be beat!

Our family absolutely loved our stay! The condo was amazing and had everything we needed for the week. While the property is a little older it has been well maintained. We enjoyed having the pool on days surfing wasn’t the best and ate at the restaurant several times. We can’t wait to book again for next years trip.

The apartment was clean, well kept and the decor was beautiful. The pool and hot tub area was just like the pictures, and we enjoyed it. Accessibility to the beach is unmatched and the beach was clean and well-kept. Probably one of our favorite beaches we have ever visited. The on-property restaurant had great food and very friendly staff and we enjoyed our meals there. The owner Megan was wonderful and replied within minutes to any questions we had. She made our trip memorable by her wonderful recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. It was absolutely one of our favorite Airbnb stays and we will definitely be back!

Our unit is conveniently located right above the entrance to the pool deck which makes for an easy commute with children! You will be provided with parking passes so you can park right outside the stairwell immediately next to our unit

Contactless, flexible check in for guests provided via smart lock. A code will be assigned to you the morning of your check in. Please feel free to check in any time after 4 pm, but please let us know if you may be checking in after 11 pm so that we can ensure that you enter the property without issue!
