Entire Apartment.
This one-bedroom apartment in Yonkers is just a short walk away from local restaurants, shops, and parks. The apartment is located in a two-family home, and you will have the entire downstairs to yourself. Please be aware that you may hear noise if there is someone upstairs. There is a white noise machine in the bedroom for your convenience.

This is a 2 family home. and you will be renting the entire downstairs apartment to yourself.
There is one queen size bed in the bedroom. The loveseat in the bedroom has a pull out single bed. The couch and a chair in the living both fold out also.
The drive to Times Square is about 30 minutes, depending on traffic. You could also walk down to the Metro North train station (Wakefield station-10 minute walk) and catch a train to Grand Central Station. The train ride will also be about a 30 minutes.
There are 2 outdoor cameras: one over the entrance door and one over the garage. They record when they detect motion outside.
