To access the casita, guests must walk up a spiral staircase. Please note that the balcony and the private pool are reserved for the main property and are not accessible to guests staying in the casita. During the summer months sugar ants are more common, and they can appear if food is left out, even with regular pest control. In the winter, cockroaches may be seen more frequently. While we take extensive measures to keep them out, the desert environment can sometimes make it unavoidable.

Please note that refunds will not be granted for pest sightings. However, if you let us know, our pest control team can come out during your stay to spray again. We truly do our best to maintain a clean and pest free home and appreciate your understanding of these natural desert challenges.
