This three bedroom home offers a twin, queen and king bed on the second floor as well as shower over tub bathroom. Each room has a closet space.
The first floor houses a dining room with rectangular table and four chairs with over head lighting. When not used for meals this space can double for a bright work space.
The sitting room has a sofa and easy chair to relax and watch the 55” flat screen with blue tooth sound bar. iPhone charger is provided for quick charging.
The kitchen offers refrigerator freezer, microwave oven and gas range, drip coffee pot as well as keurig and small waffle maker. Both regular and decaf coffee are provided.
The basement offers a washer and dryer for use.
Our driveway can fit two cars. Street parking also available.

We have off street parking for at least two vehicles. We are located between Whitney and Dixwell avenues providing easy access to major roadways including Merritt Parkway, I91, rt 10

1. We require guests to remove all used linens (towels, sheets and pillowcases) and start load in washer - detergent provided. Please move to dryer before 11 am departure. This allows us to waive the $45 laundry fee.

2. We are centrally located and half a mile from an excellent Irish Pub, and within a mile of pharmacy, fast food, excellent restaurants and stores.
