Come relax and unwind at Family Tides where memories are made! Completely remodeled 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with an office/bonus room close to the bay, and a 10-minute drive to the beautiful Rockport "Certified Blue Wave" beach! We have a family-friendly home with games, toys, and a pack-n-play and high chair for your use.

We are in Palm Harbor Subdivision, a quaint waterfront community (our home is not on the water). We have families that live here as their primary home but also have many short-term rentals.

There are many fishing spots, including Aransas Bay, Copano Bay, and Estes Flats nearby along with museums and restaurants for your enjoyment. Port Aransas is 13 miles from the home, and Corpus Christi is 25 miles. Come stay and play and make some memories!

Newly remodeled 3 bedroom with bonus/office, 2 bathroom home! Relax on the front covered porch or the patio in the backyard. We have a BBQ pit, a 4 ft tall Connect 4 game, corn hole game, patio table for 6, and large umbrella. We also have a fish cleaning station for all the fisherman/woman as well as a few beach items such as chairs and toys.

The living room offers a few games and books for all and a 60" smart TV. Rest on the comfy sectional that has reclining chairs or in the recliner which all have their own USB ports for charging. The coffee table expands if you need room to play games!

The kitchen is fully stocked with all your appliances, dishes, utensils, and seasonings. We also have a wine fridge and Margaritaville margarita machine for your use. Children's plates, bowls, utensils, cups, and sippy cups are also available. Will include detergent, trash bags, and paper towel to get you started.

Master bedroom has a king-size bed with luxury sheets and pillows! Large en-suite bathroom with double vanity and extra shelving for your personal items. Extra large shower with 2 shower heads and 1 rain shower. 50" smart TV with all your streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. Just sign in with your personal account! Closet is large and has an extra dresser, laundry basket, luggage rack, and clothes hangers.

Master also has another room that is separated by a door. It can be used as an office or a bedroom. It includes a twin daybed that has a twin trundle and includes luxury sheets and pillows. A desk is also provided as well as a closet organizer that has hangers and shelves for your use.

The back bed room has a queen bed with luxury sheets and pillows. Room has a 40" Smart TV that has all your streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. and all you need is your own personal account to log in! The closet has hangers a luggage rack, and extra comforter.

Front bed room has a full size bed and a single twin bed with luxury sheets and pillows. Room has a 40" Smart TV that has all your streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu etc. Just sign in with your personal login account. The closet has hangers, a luggage rack, extra comforters, and throw blankets.

The second bathroom has a deep soaking bathtub/shower combo and also has a blue tooth mirror that allows you to connect your phone so that you can listen to your music! Who doesn't like singing in the shower?

Laundry room is available with the washer and dryer and will include detergent and softener to get you started. Also, provide a First Aid kit, iron and iron board.

All bathrooms are supplied with toilet paper, bath towels, beach towels, makeup towels, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, and body soap. We also provide a high chair, pack n play (1 sheet included), and some toys as well.

Guests will be able to access the entire home except the owners' closets in master bathroom and laundry room. Large Storage Shed outside is also not available for guest use.

There are two cameras; one in the front of the home (doorbell) and the second is in the backyard. Cameras are intended only for the safety of the home itself as well as all guests. Turning off, adjusting, or blocking the cameras is a violation of house rules, and that will cause an immediate termination.

*Please note that we have recently upgraded and added an addition to the driveway. It now has boat parking and can fit 3-4 cars.

Master

Bonus/Office Room

2 single beds

This room can be used as an office or a bedroom. It is located inside the Master room with its own door. It includes a twin daybed with a twin trundle which will sleep two, closet organizer with clothes hangers and a desk for your needs. Extra comforters are located in the Master closet.

Hello! We are a family residing on the northshore of Lake Travis in Lago Vista, TX.

The Texas Gulf Coast has always been a yearly vacation family tradition for many decades. We once lived over there for a few years but returned back to our hometown. We love going to the beach, fishing, and eating at all of the fabulous restaurants.

Our home was designed with love and comfort and pray that all who stay will be blessed. It has been a place of peace and rest for us with many great memories. We hope it does the same for all our guests!

The morning of your check in I will send your door code and check in instructions via email and/or text. Your code will be available at 4pm and will disable at 11am the day of your check out unless otherwise discussed. Please follow check out instructions that are in the home in the House Manual. Please only flush toilet paper, as we are on a septic system.
If using beach items, please rinse them off with water hose on side of the house and return back to outside caddy.
Remove as much sand from the items you take to beach as well as yourself with the outside water hose will be greatly appreciated so sand isn't being tracked inside and/or down the drains in shower or washer.
Please discard all fish parts with the trash bag provided under kitchen sink and dispose it in the outside large trash receptacle on the side of the home.
Winds can get pretty strong so please close down the patio umbrella when not in use.
Be mindful of the neighbors around you. Some do live here full time while others are Short Term Rentals.
Please respect our home and property and leave it in the condition as when you arrived.
Most of all, have fun while you are here!

Payment Policy

15% of the rental amount is due at booking. The remaining is due 2 weeks before your stay. If not received, the reservation will be canceled.

Refundable Damage Deposit

The security deposit of $250 is required at least 7 days prior to check in. Upon your arrival, your security deposit converts to a damage deposit. The damage deposit will be returned to you within 5 to 7 days provided that the following provisions are met:
No damage is done to the property or its furnishings.
There are no items missing from the property.
There are no violations of the signed agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check in will receive a 100% refund of what has been paid. If cancellation is made between 7 to 14 days of check in you will receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check in. No refunds will be granted for cancellations due to weather unless there is a mandatory evacuation.
