Our tastefully decorated suite on the 6th floor is just steps away from the sand and offers direct oceanfront views of the morning sunrise and beautiful sunsets on the private balcony or 7th-floor sundeck. Not only does it provide easy access to all of Myrtle Beach's attractions, but it also has plenty of amenities to make your stay even more enjoyable. From walking on the beach, swimming in the ocean, cooling off in one of the pools, or enjoying a nap on one of the many hammocks, you will have plenty of options to relax and unwind while being centrally located in one of South Carolina's most popular vacation spots.

When you open the door to enter, you will most likely notice the beautiful ocean view before you realize you are entering the kitchenette with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stocked with utensils, a toaster, a coffeemaker/Keurig, glasses, and more.

To make it easier on you, we will provide a few essentials to get you started. You will have things like trash bags, soaps, and shampoo, along with linens, towels, and extra blankets. We do not supply beach towels, so please remember to pack those.

As you step past the kitchenette, you will see the main area with a king-size bed, an oversized chair that folds out into a twin bed, a small dining area, a large dresser, nightstands, a TV, and closet.

Enjoy the new cushioned swivel chairs out of the balcony while you sip your morning coffee or relax at the end of your day.

*Snowbird renters will pay a $500 refundable security deposit at the time of booking instead of utilizing Houfy Protect.

This view is worth so many words! Nothing better than sitting on the balcony to relax and listen to the waves crash, this place was clean and homey, didn’t have to travel with much because the place was well stocked with items! I definitely recommend this place, it’s worth the money!

Tina is a wonderful host. Her place is very clean with beautiful views. Restaurants are in walking distance as well as coffee shops. Perfect vacation spot for 2 people getting away to the beach!

The condo was lovely, right on the beach as described. Perfect size for one. Parking was slightly limited as they were working on 2 levels of the garage, but there was available parking across the street. Communication was seamless. I would definitely rent here again.

Absolutely beautiful stay! Balcony overlooks the beach, comfortable chairs outside, spacious tub! Kitchen was properly stocked and easily used, dining table was right in front of the AC so food cooled down quickly. The pools were beautiful (although exceptionally packed always). The sundeck was to die for. The whole stay was perfect and just what we needed! Tina and Tony were excellent hosts and very responsive!

Staying in an ocean front condo is always refreshing. Tina was a great host, very responsive. She was quick to answer any questions. The condo was exactly like the pictures. This was the perfect place for my husband and I to get some Rest and Relaxation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tina’s. The views are stunning and very bright when you have the shades open. Definitely planning on going back to Myrtle Beach in the near future and hopefully Tina’s is available as it has become my husband’s and I go to choice for accommodation.

Great stay loved the place. Please share with future guests the garage parking is closed for repair going from the fourth floor up and parking is very limited.

Location on the beach was great! We really enjoyed the Beach Hippie for great coffee and bagel sandwiches! Was also ideal that there was a rental service on the beach where you could rent chairs and umbrella.

We had a great little weekend getaway at Tina’s. The place was very clean and decorated very cute! We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean. She has the balcony decorated very nice as well! Would definitely recommend staying here!

GUIDE BOOK: There is a guidebook in the unit that has helpful information: contact information, medical facilities, shopping, restaurants, checking in/out procedures, and more. Due to insurance purposes, the minimum age required to book is 25 years. Maximum 3 guests including adults, infants, and children. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. No parties. CANCELLATON POLICY: Please consider purchasing travelers insurance through Airbnb. Our cancellation policy is moderate, you will not get a refund if you cancel less than five days before your stay. ADDITIONAL RESORT RULES: No smoking/vaping on the balcony, in the condo, or on the resort property. Subject to a $500 fine. No towels, bathing suits, etc. hanging from the balcony railing. Subject $200 fine. PARKING: The maximum number of vehicles allowed is one, you must have a permit displayed on the dashboard. (Permit will be in unit when you arrive) Vehicles over 6'5" high and motorcycles must park in overflow parking across the street. No trailers, RV's, and campers are permitted to use the parking deck. AMENITIES: Resort amenities may not be available at certain times due to maintenance, upgrades, or because of the time of year. Guests cannot hold the host responsible for resort controlled ammenitites. No refunds or rebates will be given. Guests do have access to the pools at St. John's, St. Clements, and the Caravelle Towers. Also, because we do not use the resort's property management services, the onsite restaurant, ice cream shop, and bars are not available. There are several options within walking distance to the resort for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Guests do have access to the pools at St. John's and the Caravelle Towers. PEST CONTROL/MAINTENANCE: Guests must allow for pest control to enter the unit. Allowing them entrance is the only way we can keep our unit pest-free. They are scheduled the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month. They will knock, but if you don't answer, they will come into spray. Payment Policy

60% deposit due at the time of booking.
Full payment is due 30 days before arrival.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund of amount paid minus $50 cancellation fee if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
50% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

Notes

You will NOT be checking in at the front desk, instead, you will go directly to our unit on the 6th floor and enter the code in the door- no key or key card is needed, and no wasting time checking in at the front desk. The access code will be sent to you the day before check-in. Parking pass as well as pool wristbands will be waiting for you just inside the studio door.

Access the 6th floor via the parking garage. The building has four elevators, and the main parking garage has 6 levels. Overflow parking is right across the street if you can't find a space during peak season.
