Enjoy fantastic views from the private balcony of this recently renovated 1 bedroom oceanfront penthouse located in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Just steps from the sand and walking distance to many of Myrtle Beach's attractions, including the famous boardwalk and SkyWheel. This tastefully decorated unit offers the perfect blend of comfort and style for a couple's getaway or family vacation. The resort offers several water amenities including a 150ft lazy river, indoor/outdoor pool, and hot tubs.Welcome to Namast'ay at the Beach II. When you walk into this lovely privately owned condo, you will be entering the bedroom, which has a queen-size bed, dresser, Smart TV, and loveseat. The oceanfront room is a hybrid living room/bedroom featuring a brand new pillow top king-size bed, a pull-out queen sofa bed, along with a dining table, Smart TV, dresser, and door separating the space from the rest of the unit. This setup allows some privacy for guests vacationing with family, friends, or couples. Each room has its own seating area and television.

Guests will be provided check-in information 48 hours prior to their stay. Door codes will be given to guests by 8 a.m. on the day of their arrival.

GUIDE BOOK:
There is a guidebook in the unit that has helpful information: contact information, medical facilities, shopping, restaurants, check-in/out procedures, and more.

Due to insurance purposes, the minimum age required to book is 25 years.
Maximum 6 guests including adults, infants, and children.
Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.
No parties.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please consider purchasing travelers' insurance.
100% refund of the amount paid minus a $50 cancellation fee if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
50% refund of the amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

ADDITIONAL RESORT RULES:
No smoking/vaping on the balcony, in the condo, or on the resort property. Subject to a $500 fine.
No towels, bathing suits, etc. hanging from the balcony railing. Subject $200 fine.

PARKING:
The maximum number of vehicles allowed is two, you must have a permit displayed on the dashboard. (Permit will be in the unit when you arrive)
No trailers, RV's, and campers are permitted to park in the lot.

AMENITIES:
Resort amenities may not be available at certain times due to maintenance, upgrades, or because of the time of year. Guests cannot hold the host responsible for resort-controlled amenities. No refunds or rebates will be given. Guests do have access to the pool at Atlantica North.

PEST CONTROL/MAINTENANCE: Guests must allow Coastline Pest Control to access the unit for preventative treatments on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Allowing them entrance is the only way we can keep our unit pest-free. They will knock, but if you don't answer, they will come into spray. Noncompliance will result in a $75.00 fee. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Notes

- This unit is NOT rented through the resort's front desk. All inquiries, questions, and any communications are to be with the property owner through text messaging or phone call.

- There are 2 Atlantica Resort parking lots located off Withers Drive - NOT the lot directly across the street. Parking passes will be in your room on arrival.

- Pool bands will be in the unit. You will receive six(6) bands. These must be returned upon departure. ($10 fee for each missing pool band)

- Daily maid service is NOT included in this rental. To make it easier on you, we will provide a few essentials to get you started. You will have things like trash bags, soaps, and shampoo, along with linens, towels, and extra blankets. We do not supply beach towels, so please remember to pack those. You will need to bring or purchase your own toiletries and such, as any toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, and the like are only starter sets provided at arrival for your convenience.
