Our family is excited to share our cottage with your and your family. The Neal Cottage at Milepost 10 is in a great area, close to shops, dining and other activities in the OBX. Our cottage is located between the Atlantic Ocean and Beach Rd. Great for families with young children as you don't have to cross a busy road to get to the beach.

Payment Policy
Payments are made with the owner using paypal and venmo. Checks are also accepted. Total of rental will be split into two payments. One payment due at booking, the other payment due 21 days before arrival date.
Refundable Damage Deposit
$300 security deposit. Will be returned if there are not any damages.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund of the first 1/2 rent deposit will be returned if you cancel 3 weeks or more before your check in date if we are able to find a renter for your reserved days. If we are unable to rent your reserved days, 50% of your rent deposit will be returned.
