We stayed one week in Rob&Mira’s home and we enjoyed it much. Very nice location in a wonderful area of Shipyard. Close to Pool, Beach and Tennis Courts. Hilton Head is a great place for relaxation.

Quiet and Comfortable - Great Hilton Head Location
Property was accurately described in the listing and had all the amenities we were looking for. Check in was super easy and straight forward. Communication with our hosts was outstanding. They provided excellent tips on local restaurants and venues which were all excellent! We loved the location at Evian and the fact the villa had a great view of the golf course and lagoon. This was especially enjoyable in the early morning or evenings while having coffee or a glass of wine. Really enjoyed the walking and biking trails and the super close proximity to the beach and downtown. We also utilized the pool on a few days to mix things up and found the pool to always be clean and very well maintained. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this host and property.

Rob's townhouse and hospitality are top notch! My husband, 3 kids and I had amazing time. The townhouse was perfect for a family of 5. From lots of seating downstairs to the washer and dryer upstairs with the bedrooms, the home has a great layout and wonderful amenities. Rob provided all kinds of perks like beach chairs, bikes, beach towels, beach toys, a treasure chest with games & things in the living room, and much more! He texted every other day with entertainment/meal suggestions. The Sonesta resort itself was fabulous. We loved the pool, golf course and private beach access. The list of great things can go on forever! As a couple or a family you'll love staying at Rob's Sonesta Resort Townhouse!

Fantastic place to stay! Extremely clean, well maintained, all around beautiful place. The location couldn’t be beat, close to everything you could ever want or need. Beautiful beach a short bike (4 with house) ride away. Rob and Mira were fantastic to communicate with. Look forward to returning next year!

Such a wonderful and comfortable stay in Hilton Head Island. Excellent location with beach access but wonderfully secluded and quiet. It was the best of both worlds for a vacation where you want to go go go with plenty of attractions and restaurants just minutes away, but hidden and quiet if you prefer to relax and enjoy nature. We hope to stay again soon.

Great place and location
Had a wonderful time. Appreciated the bikes to ride. House was very comfortable and exceeded my expectations. We swam in the pool, played tennis, and rode to the beach on the bikes the owners provided. They also had backpack beach chairs! Nice quiet neighborhood and the neighbors we did meet were very friendly.
