Above Breglia (2 km) 10 km from the centre of Menaggio, 44 km from the centre of Como, 36 km from the centre of Lugano, in a secluded position on a slope, 9.5 km from the lake. Private: natural state property 2'500 m2 with trees, meadow. 2 km long steep, narrow motor access to the grounds. 50 m steep footpath to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at 50 m on the premises.
