4x4/All Wheel vehicles STRONGLY suggested (especially in Winter/Spring months). Dirt Roads and driveway slightly uphill to home exist

*Please follow all fire safety warnings in the area. Use of fire pits and outdoor fireplace are use at your own risk. Owners assume no liability.
*For safety of your guest mates and pets. Do not ever leave indoor propane fireplace on while asleep or not in the house

No additional guests past what house permits, 8 person MAX. Any renters who exceed the 8-person max will be required to vacate the property immediately with no refunds issued.

No professional photography or video allowed in the house or on property lines.

Please Recycle. There are two barrels in the kitchen for this. Our town disposal center enforcing recycling.
