If you or anyone in your party smokes please do not book this home. Guests caught smoking could be charged a fine up to $500. - No smoking/vaping inside. - No smoking/vaping outside. - Trash: Our cleaners will take up to 5 white kitchen trash bags—anything over that you are responsible for taking with you. There is a local dump 5 min away (cash only). - Strict checkout policy: Late fees will be charged to guests who do not check out on time. $100/hr. - Absolutely no parties allowed: Parties and events are not allowed. Only guests part of the original reservation are permitted. Violators will be asked to leave immediately, ending their stay and could be charged a fine up to $500. - No ski gear inside the house: Please store skis, snowboards, and snow boots on the front porch or inside the garage. - Please take shoes off while inside the house. - Please be mindful of noise: While we are located in the woods, neighbors are nearby, and we ask every guest to be respectful of others in the area. - Damages: Please treat our home like you would your own.
